Carlos, See if there are some Restaurants around Katy Mills Mall that have room for a get together. Most will give you a spot if you eat. Katy Mills area is still 160 miles for me, Gene or Chris to travel. Just across town for you locals.

Yes I was making the big bucks cutting my grass and did not hear my cell till much later......Still waiting to hear of the place to meet myself
 
I actually live a couple of blocks from Katy Mills Mall, I'll start looking around and see what happens.
But we need to agree on something at least ... is going go be during the week or any day on a weekend ? morning, afternoon, or evening? That will help to choose a place. Let me know and I'll help as much as I can, kinda busy right now but I don't mind to look around to see if something comes up
 
You guys can decide on the time and the place. If I'm able to go, I will; if I'm not able to go, I'll try to go next time.
 
Well unfortuanetly, I will not be able to make it. My wife has plans for us to go to a ranch in Wharton, TX, that I was not aware of.

The good news, is that there are some hotels down there that Ive been trying to close, so now I can make a face to face.
 
Conroe or Willis would be a central meeting place for most I think....Lets here some Ideas and Get -R - Done
 
I think someone once said something like ... "build it and they will come".
Somebody with will/time/patience is going to have to decide when and where and announce it, once date and place are confirmed you'll see the line starting to take shape.

Adam, Scott D. when do you guys think you'll be available ? We live here so not a lot of driving, let's the people doing the driving decide.
 
Sounds good to me. I wanted this saterday, but unforseen prior appointments render me useless this weekend. I cant wait for something to come together. Next weekend will be fine with me, ive already confirmed I have nothing planned.
 
Right now I have the 13, and 14 open so if you guys plan something, I will be able to attend but as the date gets closer, work might be scheduled.

Whoever is in the area would be the best to choose a place we can meet for a few hours or so and get the Name of the place, address and driving directions and I will be there.
 
Here, let's take this a step further:

Who will make it there (somewhere to be decided by you guys in Houston) on Saturday the 13 or Sunday the 14?

If more than 1/2 of us can't make it then let's try for next month.


Let's have everyone vote if they will make it there for either day to see if it is worth having it at all.
 
The 13th and 14th are not good for me. Don't postpone it because of me, though. However, if those dates also turn out to be bad for other people, perhaps October 4th or 5th would be good.
