Super Rigs!!!!!!!!

Jim, What do you do to your TWISTERS to Keep them together??? Mine stay broke all the time!!!

The frame needs to be reinforced at several points. You need a deublin union SS. and use industrial grade high temp, able to withstand high revs grease. Goes for about $8 a tube. We grease ours every 16-20 hours of use.

We cannot run the 5.5 HP. It will not turn the wand on our rig. Our's are made with 14.5 HP motor. That 15hp works good, but we are thinking of going with 18 Hp. We run them with 0 degrees nozzles. One unit is 12 years old.

We run our NON Stop for 16 to 20 straight per day. No Problems if you understand that this is not just a surface cleaner. Respect it and it will be nice to you.

I have bought a couple from american Made Cleaners, and they have fallen apart within 40 hrs! Stuff like pulleys falling off, Shafts and bearings locking up, And all this is within a week or so of buying them!!! After they get fixed a couple of times (The bugs worked out) then they work very well! But the first week or so we have one they just have problem after problem!!!!!!! Why dont you start producing them? I would be intrested in buying a "GOOD" one, that is ghood out of the box!!!!!!!!

I used to do a TON of flat work in Arizona. All over Tucson and some in Phoenix. Lots of strip malls. We had several 5@3000 PSI rigs and did a huge amount of work before reclaim became an issue in AZ. Now I do roofs primarily and have three 10+ gpm pumps running LOW pressure for rinsed down and a 10.5 gpm @300psi special chemical pump for just applying chems to the roof surface fast. Its a totally different gig, coming full circle from many years as a pressure cleaner to doing now mostly soft washing. I have used bigger gpm pumps but with all the reclaim rules in place now means any time saved with volume gets spent on reclaim. Just for me, thats why I got away from doing lanes and malls and garages, etc. Plus I like the challenge each roof presents to me. Its never the same thing twice. Just my .02 rambings.

Dave

Never guessed you were from the desert here. When were you working in Tucson? What was your company? You think stucco house washing could ever become a market here? Like a lot of people here I never even heard of washing a roof or a house.

Can Anyone give me some good pw web sites to look at for ideas, I guess im finally going to build myself one???

Prestige Rig

Not quite the set up you run, but my trailer is custom fabricated. A lot of time and effort went in to it, not saying you or anybody else doesn't have time in theirs. Let me know what you think.
