Josh call me last Saturday night and I understood the wait is on Apple to approve it before it goes on the ITune store. Until that happens it will not be released. It was on for a nano second last Saturday but was pulled quickly because as I understood it hadn't been approved.
I have a friend from MD who told me several months ago he was beta-testing some marketing software. Turns out this is what it was. He wasn't even a member of WCRA at the time.
Tony Chris does not own street bidder, so please go edit your post wear you said the owner of street bidder called Ron a coke head. Very surprised that you don't have your facts correct on this before posting such things. Seems like that is a common theme around here when it comes to street bidder people finding them guilty of things they have not even done, very disappointing to see this type of behavior here
If you're thinking of Seth Fensterstock, no. He's been a WCRA member from early on.
Tony you are a whoot hope you had a good fourthI get 10 percent of my son's company. Every time he makes a sale, I get paid. Therefore, I am an owner.
When it can be shown that Chris is promoting this software without compensation of any sort either now or in the future I will be glad to edit my post.
Furthermore, When Chris PM'd me he didn't mention a single word about not being the owner or part owner. He did however, attempt to defend his false statement about Ron.
Seems to me that you might be the one who needs to go back and edit your post and face reality.

I did! Thanks!
I am sure this is a great app. It sounds really good.
I have already experienced the damage that can happen when you trust contractors on these boards with your customer info or details about how you operate your business.
On the one hand there are contractors who would literally die before they would do anything to harm another contractor financially. On the other hand there are scum who are waiting to take credit for the work of others and will steal at the drop of a hat.
It's your job to determine the character of whoever is behind this software and weigh the chances of future theft of your info.. If you are comfortable with it, by all means go for it!

The younger guys I don't think worry , they have no customers. They also do not understand when the customer info they do get is very important in the future and worth tons.
Especially if the software has a sales tracking built in. I would never use that feature.
Can you imagine the info entered all across the country. The info is worth 1000's to the right people.
I estimate just the time to create not the value of my data base is estimated at 275,000 plus
Could you imagine a nationwide value if multiple data bases?
The user license abs agreement I have not seen, but it would be a factor for me participating or I'm just building possibly a business for others.

Very important and very true for us as well. The user agreement will be key. I am interested in StreetBid but as mentioned by Ron the license and the "rights" behind the language is a just as important.
Tony I here what your saying, I tell you my biggest concern on the whole thing is all the work involved to create a data base and its a ton ton of work and you don't even own it, and have to pay a monthly fee, I'm really not liking that part, other then that I love the idea, sorry to here you have been burnt before but thanks for sharing. Im still in the air about the whole thing. If I had full access to the data base that Im gonna spends months if not years creating I would jump in a heart beat. That just doesn't sit well with me at this point and time, that may changeI did! Thanks!

So it's easy to collect one (take pic, enter address, move on) every 15-20 seconds? The houses must be pretty close together out there and huge subdivisions to boot where you could do it that fast. Here it might be more like 15-20 and hour if you wanted to get a good pic and not rush thru the process. So for a solo operator I don't think 100 and hour is at all a realistic number.
There are reports of people collecting 150 an hour.
Who if they are reports?
Why hold back such good news?
Confirm the sources
