Looks Like a Great tool for residential Guys to Keep Track of Bidding, I do my commercial Vary Similar in the tracking and the photo. It works with commercial Places, Homes I think it looks Good.

I'm finding it harder and harder to make the time to go out and find the homes to take a picture of. It's easier to just door hanger every house rather than find dirty homes that will convey your message in a picture. I think I'm going to wait till the end of summer / beginning of fall to use up my street bids and see how it goes.

Worked we'll, waiting for it star up again with the new tweaks. I think it can be useful but like any other thing, won't be my main marketing tool. Just an added one.

I use it only a select type of home. I don't use it for 279$ House Washes....in fact i don't want a price on there.
