Smart Phones

So its looks like a toss up between the Dash and the Curve for me. I'll have to test them on the property appraisers web site this week.

What's Ron using??

HTC, i like it. I really like the ipod for sales. I wish they did what i needed them to do.

so what HTC do you have ? I am still undecided on this. being from the computer world I like it from the gadget point of view.. but I am not sure of "do I really need it." factor.

pearl 8120

Well I returned the Wing and got the new pearl.

The screen was nowhere near bright enough to see in the sun here in Florida on the Wing. Now I get to trial run the pearl :)

THe Wing is a HTC. I do like them, the IPhone really doesn't make any sense for me since I have 5 lines with tmobile.

Palm Treo. If you're actually gonna use it for business purposes and not a toy (ie edit excell and doc files) it's hands down the best out there. If you're not gonna actually use it for that I guess I have no clue. I had an iPHone to use for a few days and it wouldn't do a single business related task I needed it to. Is it cool? sure......is it good for business? Nope not yet...

Now I got the curve, I'll see how it is.

I have the HTC Mogul, I believe I saw somewhere else that is what some of rons people are using too. It has the model number of PPc-6800 I believe and I know AT&T has them.

I really like it because it comes with Office mobile so I can use excel spread sheets on my phone to do bids.

I also like being able to remote control computer desk tops with it. Really handy and glad I got it

I lasted 3 days with my Samsung i760 smartphone. These things are just not for me. I need the phone to be seperate from the pda.

I've gone back to the g'zone phone military standard phone and ordered an Ipac 210 pda.

I need 2 seperare devices, the first time the thing froze and I couldn't get right to the phone I knew it!

I also didn't like the contacts set up, when sync'd with outlook, windows combines your biz contacts with your personal phone numbers, real annoying to find a quick # mixed with 100s of customers.
