Schools & certification programs for roof cleaning & pressure washing.

I don’t know if the RCIA offers this, however SoftWash Systems has a Roof Cleaning and Soft Washing Lead Technician Certification being offered in Tampa at the NCE event in July.

This certification will also be offered online for those who cannot make it to Tampa this year.

The class will be taught by AC Lockyer, who started in the chemical roof cleaning industry in 1991 when he invented the Mallard System. That system helped launch what would later become known as soft washing, now one of the preferred methods for cleaning roofs nationwide.

At its height, AC’s company, Mallard Systems, had three branches in Florida and grossed nearly $5 million a year. By 1993, Mallard Systems had cleaned more than 50,000 roofs using the soft wash method.

AC later started TerraClean, a commercial soft washing company that served major clients including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Florida Hospital, the University of Florida, Florida DOT, and many apartment and condo property management companies.

This is a four hour onsite class covering:

A. Roof Cleaning Technician Duties
B. Roof Cleaning Mixology
C. Roof Cleaning Techniques
D. Roof Cleaning Safety
E. Roof Cleaning Plant and Property Protection

All participants will receive access to the SoftWash Systems Certification Test. Once the test is passed, a certificate of competency will be mailed to the student.

AC will also be offering onsite demonstrations of SoftWash Systems equipment and chemicals during the three day NCE East event.

This is a training opportunity you do not want to miss. AC will be sharing systems, protocols, training guides, forms, and other information developed over 20 years of award winning business experience.

Spaces in this detailed certification class will go quickly, so sign up today.
