Just returned from Envirospecs Equipment class in Homerville Georgia. This 4 days and 4 nights for $600, with hotels and meals included. The class covers everything with lots of hands on and including factory manuals plus other information. The class was well worth the trip and the money.

The class offers something for everyone from the mechanical challenged to the expert mechanic. Our class had 21 from all across the USA.

The wood iron class is in the fall and spring. It costs about $300 for two days. In Denver,CO

the sashco class is also in Denver, and costs about $500. This class is about 3 days, but also covers chinking, cob blastingj, etc

I believe Tim Cross does his class on an individual basis, and the cost is quite high. But I have no doubt it would be the best of all available. Covers all aspects of the business.

Mike at The Advanced Wood Care Authority told me that he would be offering classes by springtime. He is very knowledgable and I am sure this class would be worth every penny. He is the maker of the Renegade line of finishes.

I spoke with Tim Cross the other day and his school sounds pretty extensive. He also may have the best hands on training that’s offered. However he does not do any classes in the winter. He did mention that he would like to offer something in a warmer climate in the wintertime. ( good luck Tim)


I also know Larry Hinckley (Delco cleaning). Just from talking with Larry on the phone several times I know his class would be very informative. He has 30+years under his belt and has seen a lot of tings over the years. I recommend if your thinking about a class call and chat with Larry. See for yourself.


I will call some of these others and see what there all about in the future. If you have a class or you have been to one share it with the bb (please)

Don't forget the PWNA offers two certification & training courses, twice a year at their conventions.

1 The wood restoration & preservation certification course. (2 days)
2. The Kitchen exhaust cleaning certification course. (2 days)

Both courses begin 2 days before the convention so that the attendees can enjoy the shows, meetings, and the exhibitors after the course.

Does the RCIA have some new ones for Roof cleaning?
 
Dont know if the RCIA does however SoftWash Systems has one being offered in Tampa at the NCE event in July. This certification will also be offered online for those who can not make it to Tampa this year.

Clean and Green Solutions will be hosting it's July Pressure Cleaning and Soft Wash Roof Cleaning School Monday July 18th-Friday July 22nd in Houston Texas. Here are just a few of the subjects that will be taught at the Pressure Cleaning School.

Clean and Green Solutions will be hosting it’s “ROOKIE CAMP” for anyone that is considering getting into the pressure cleaning business or has been in the business for 3 years or less. The camp will be held in Houston on July 18th through July22nd. We will start at 4:00pm on Monday the 18th and conclude on Friday the 22nd at Noon.
