Hi Kendra! My name is Keith Richardson and I am new to the business. The name of my business is called Above & Beyond Pressure Washers. I will be e-mailing you with a lot of questions because I need lots of help. I live in San Francisco, California and also operate a carpet cleaning along with pressure-washing. I also work for the City & County of San Francisco at the Airport as a Custodial Supervisor in charge of the pressure-washing crew and carpet cleaning crew. I am not too familiar with chemicals to use because we do not use chemicals at the airport because of regulations. We only do sidewalk work that have lots of gum mainly. At the airport we use a Alto Kew Technology Diesel powered machine that is rated at 16HP with a two hundred gallon water tank mounted to flatbed trunk-mount. For my business to start I purchased my pressure-washer from Northern tool and it is a 16HP Briggs & Stratton unit rated a 4000psi and capable of 210 degrees heat. As of now I do not have a surface concrete cleaner because I can not afford one. When I get enough money I will purchase a cleaner a hard surface cleaner made by Prochem that has a vacuum so I will be able to run with my truck-mount carpet cleaning vacuum hose to reclaim the water that contains waste. My first job is this weekend and it is a store front that is only approximately 500sq. ft. with lots of gum. Do you have any suggestions for me other than to use hot water. Any comment will be greatly appreciated and if you could pass this on to the other viewers will be helpful also. Thanks Keith

She Was a pretty good sized Fleet Washer, I know she was all the Nipsco trucks in MI & IN
 
I would be shocked and axed if Kendra showed up. However, she would raise the grade of powerwashers.
