I say your correct, something to think about is assistant will not follow that profiling. I say most directors get that spot because they are that type. I just don't see then surrounding themselves with directors. Socializers yes, that's why you have them in them mix. However they often never make final choice. Not always but notice the pattern now that I pointed it out.

I would have had no idea about what you guys ment above... before last night,..... DJ after watching your video responses about 3 to 4 times, I went to youtube and watched couple clips about sales, one from Chuck talked about the 4 types.

Get some more video up DJ when you have some time.

A great book to read about the 4 types is "Please Understand Me II" by David Keirsey. It really explains in detail about the different temperaments, character types etc. There is even a very useful test to help you determine what personality style yours is. Will explain how to instantly figure out what type the person is you are selling too.

You can find the book on Amazon....ISBN # 978-1-885705-02-0. It's the type of book you'll find your self reading over and over and over. It's one of the top 5 books on my shelf. $20.00 book worth more than it's weight in gold.

Not at all, means your a "concrete cooperator". Chapter 4 is all about "Guardians". "Those with trustworthy convictions"
