If there are any others who are hosting or planning to let me know and I'll update this list. For everyone else please contact these folks if you haven't already done so and support them as everyone is taking time out to do this. If any of this info needs to be changed or edited please contact me

I now believe we will have at least 40-50 people in Medford , NJ. Who would have ever thought! This is great no matter who you are or how big or small your company these meetings are for everybody and anybody who wants to attend!

It does not have to be in Simi Valley. Lets find out all the people interested and pick a central spot, a Park would be perfect, as there is plenty of room, no money has to be spent , just so we can have a table, and we can get as loud and rowdy as we want. Hey we can even have a show and tell of rigs, if we wanted.

Who is interested?

If the 22nd is not a good day, we can pick another.

alan , from past experience your not going to make everyone happy. changing the day will only make the meeting less of a success. trust me. I have told several that have committed to 22, if you move it now they will or now have already decided not to attend. many have asked for your number. give the 22 a chance now that people can contact you.

jeff from detrailers is interested. call him or wait for his call. Matt bryan said he would show also.

Until your last post, there was not really a date to move, as I have not seen or heard one person say that they would be there. Interest is one thing, but actually committing is another.
I have no problem with the 22nd, or most other dates for that matter. I try and keep the weekends free for the most part, unless I get Residential calls.
Will wait for calls and e-mail to see who is coming, so as to pick a place or have a vote.

If you can pull together some guys from our area, I'd definitely interested in attending. If it were just you and I, that'd be fine too, but it would essentially a training day for me, since I'm new to this and don't really have much to bring to such a meeting. Are there any distributors anywhere down there? As far as I know there's nothing local here, other than a few landscaping/paint stores that carry a few cold water machines.

Let me know if we can put something together.

My mother lives in High Springs and I do go up often. So send me an email with your contact info and I will give you a shout next time I go up that way.

Maybe we can get a roundtable started ourselves. However, I need to get some idea of the format we are supposed to follow.
 
So far the largest round table to ever go off. Reported that some round tables will have 20 to 30 and Everett is expecting over 50.

This is also the most location we have had in two years. The first one had a total between the 7 cities over 60 people so far it looks like we may have over 100 contractors in 9 locations.


If you have not reported the number hears the opportunity to do so.


I will give Alan a call this weekend about other in cali and if anyone needs anything just call I’m glad to assist if I can. I have attended three and can give you some tips. Everett has some great ideas as well.

Well, I was going to ask where espec was, but I just looked it up, and it isn't more than a couple hours from here. Sure, next time you're up, give me a call, or call a day or so in advance if you can, we we'll get together and take a ride. Phone is 352-213-7765 or 352-472-4760. I'm only about 20 minutes from High Springs.
 
The Fort Worth meeting will be at 11:00 am Feb 15th at 2300 Cold Springs Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76106. Please spread the word. We will be catering a Bar-B-Que Lunch.

If you want lunch you must let me know your coming by the 12th.

I am planning on coming up to the Atlanta meeting, as long as nothing comes up work-wise in the meantime.

Brett with Coastal and I may get together for a Florida meeting at some point, but with only two of us, it is more open to convenience than anything else.

I'm looking forward to getting together with some of the guys who have been doing this for a long time and get some ideas and motivation!
 
Like I said earlier in this thread I am from Michigan and would be interested in going to something in Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Illinois(as long as it isn't far south Illinois or Ohio). I would like to see how many guys we could get together. I am willing to travel to 4 or 5 hours away but it would have to be more then just 3 or 4 guys meeting.
