Hey Guy thats exactly what I told you a week ago about what the PWNA was doing with this and how the facts were getting distorted. They were never submitting this BMP to the EPA. Who ever told you that was nuts. Thats just a way to fire guys like you up with innaccurate facts so they can play off of your passion for this industry. Thats why the facts is always what is needed and not some hearsay or someones way out there opinion of what this is all about when they don't know the facts.

I'll say it here as I said it on the UAMCC bb any contractor that has been cited but has yet to go to court call my business phone so I can call you back. I will call that enforcement agency while at my other job to find out exactly why this person was written and what Code did they violate. Thru this way I will and have talked to Law Enforcement and they will give me the info I'm looking for. I'm not looking to influence the agency or asking for any favors. I just want the facts because reading about this coalition has set off all kinds of RED FLAGS. Here's two--The contractors are getting ticketed by Law Enforcement who tells them afterwords that they have to go to court but they don't know why they even wrote the ticket-----Thats baloney. The other one is that the PWNA is going to submit these BMPs to the EPA on the 15th of April and now its just a matter of time there going to be lucky to have 55 or less members. Once again pointless and stands for nothing unless somebody is out to try and start a "New group" so they want the bb net guys believe in all of this false hoopla and make the PWNA is at the core of this problem. Thats ridiculous and fighting from within makes this industry look like some Jack asses running amok.

Hate me for saying that but take a long look at all of this and it was a finger pointing game. Here maybe the coalition should try this. Use any available resourse and from there try to present a case to the local law Enforcement or the EPA for that matter so you can stand a chance and by being a positive influence that might get them to listen...maybe... but trouncing the PWNA, Robert and anyone who sells or uses a closed loop system is what I call the Industry is getting itself stuck in the mud again and going nowhere. Has eveyone forgotten here that Sorocco sells some excellent "Closed loop systems"?????

You guys need to re-think this and come up with a much better plan because the "Coalition" looks to be loosing credibility right out of the starting gate.
 
John, really? You are better than this. It does not take a lot to see the harm that is going to be done by the PWNA if they have this BMP on file or on the net. Up until now they have been pretty harmless because no one outside of their members give them any credibility, as with the UAMCC. It is a feel good group. I know and have been members of both. Robert believes that Houston is not that bad. You want someone like that writing BMP's that will effect your business? I am amazed at the gullibility of people. From the Union when it started, to this, or even AC's powdered bleach. I don't get and don't care, it doesn't effect me for the most part. What does effect me is a select group of people who are trying to push something thru that is not good for the contractor/me and will hurt my bottom line. Makes me think of the democrats. The public doesn't know what it needs so they will provide it for them. Same thing Hilborn said about the contractors.

My thoughts exactly! The reason I come to these boards is mainly for the friends I have made and to see how they are doing.

Really all of this makes me just want to turn it off and walk away and join the other 99% who dont use the boards

Its hard to believe you the admin say that, I recall a BBS got you and won you a large job recently. Plus I recall another time it helped with a GOV contract, another time it help with this or that.

Not to mention maybe you never would have met Billy? I know hes not in your life much now but a few guys here work with him.

Or maybe we all just know the secret of BBS and how they do work for all of us. Maybe its a secret that is kept from most.

Well. I know like everyone that makes it work your not going anyplace.
 
John I own and use reclaim, did you forget I started using them in Fleets over 20 years ago. My first one was bought in 1985, look on PWN you might find the photo. I paid over 18,000...worked well for a lot of years.

Here's something your missing, the coilition is not and will not be agaist anyone or anything. It will just simply assist contractors in need of help around the country helping them with ridiculous problems and reduce the mis-information.

I'm sorry John as my freind I never explained containment to you. We are drawing up some remedial material for everyone with simple instructions so the industry can be educated for themselves.

What you have wrong is this Coilition is not agaist the enviroment. The coilition is strongly agaist telling muni's we are polluters. Surprise!!!!! We will show Citys rather we are the solution and not the problem.

Sorry your mis-informed. Responsible and all about the children is what the coilition is about. Pressure washers will reduce pollution not violate the law. Coilition members will understand and be more complient if they use the methods than ever before in this industry.

Education will be our force!!! Not bad mouthing others like you have suggested here in this thread. This is the exact tatics people use when they see something they do not like. Its always about hating someone or something.

The beauty about this is everyone will seek and want to keep our children safer, you will want the information so you can protect your enviroment and family.

John as always please get the facts straight about people when you pass judgement. Its hurtful and people are really in this with there soul and hearts. Many of us have worked lifetimes and this is our retirement we are protecting. We are not like you with a police retirement collect 100,000 for life each year. The only person spreading this is you my freind, I would have to say there are many fakse statements.

I have never said I'm not working with PWNA, Robert Hinderliter was asked by me personally to attend Houston. (Surprise)

The PWNA membership is not going to go down. After this week they will have more members.

You need to remember John for every person that dislikes what others do someone else likes it.

I'm not going anyplace, I'm hanging in with the PWNA. I'm not a quiter, people who quit are loosers.

I will stick in the fight and voice my thoughts as a member. The BMP again truly means nothing to me. This BMP will not effect my life, heres another surprise for you John. I have a copy of my new proposed BMP's for year 2013....what you say how did I get them?

I'll be showing coilition Members how to at future meetings. I'll show them how to protect there income and assist the enviromental movement.

Stay focused on your business and family John, everyone forget about this BMP and come with solution to help contractors.

Hey Russ this is what we call a "lively Debate" hang around bud. Like Ron said this bb has been good to you me and a ton of others. Ron is spot on about this bb. Years ago Ron was an advocate of these boards and most thought he was hurting the business because many were talking shop about how they do this and how they do that etc. The reality is that Ron was right and we have formed a pretty good nitch right here.............and plus if you leave us you'll be all alone when Jimbo goes looking for ya:nanner:

Ron I have the facts and I stated it right there to Guy about the PWNA last week....and did anyone support me about that from the coalition and even you who already knew the facts....OF course not. I'm going to call you in 5 minutes so we can talk about this. Thru it all where still friends even though we don't always agree.

I have to say this... They say Jeff LeCours is the King.... but that remark Ron that its all about the Children...You are the King when it comes to sales with statements like that. Thats a sure fire way to deflect what where talking about and let people see we care about the kids. Tell that to the AHJ's but skip the sales pitch when where talking hardcore.

The fact that I do have that second job doesn't make this any less important to me because Alot of my income comes from Powerwashing. My guys are out now and they will be out tomorrow for at least 14 hrs. IF I was to get shut down it would be catostaphic because my family needs that income. Also don't forget that alot of guys here have there wives working to at different jobs to help support there families just like the husbands do but in my case Ron I always worked long hours so I took on the load of working 2 jobs now for 16+yrs and it has taken its toll but I never wavered in supporting my fellow powerwashers no matter what My situation is.

I was never going to leave John, my point was that somedays I just feel like I talk to myself and no one listens, makes me want to throw up my hands and say screw it.

PWI is my home and for me the evidence is very clear on whats going on and who is benifiting from the whole deal.

We (all of us) are allowing history to repete its self once again! Drives me freaking nuts that I have to explain over and over again what is so very clear.
