Professional Cleaners MasterMind Group

I just watched the video DJ posted, if I understand correctly - there are a total of 18 sessions that work out at $100 per session. I am only going to comment on the possible value... If Chuck is as good as he appears and can lead a 'quality', 'proven' group of guys/gals in the discussion each Friday, this could be of great value to the right person(s). I guess this is where the risk/reward lies... as with all business decisions, weigh the pros and cons before investing and committing to it.

Guys like DJ are passionate and driven - like him or not, take him out of the equation here and potentially the knowledge and information shared could help make someone $$,$$$! I would stress though, as with all information (paid or not), it is how the individual applies it to their own situation that will determine its success.

Just my 2 cents... (I'll keep the other $1799.98 for other things! :smile-us-down:)

Spot on Steven! All you have to do is look at the testimonials on chuck's website. Not just a few but all of them. There are tons - one in particular Dallas Cooley from Georgia Powder Coating talks about his increase in revenue.

Thanks for the positive comments Steven.

Do we get access to the Christmas lighting installation instructional video as well? and if so is there a separate fee for this?

These sales coaching guys perform a very needed service in business.

They take working capital out of the hands of those who crowd the industry so that they go broke faster and offer the rest of us bargains on their highly mortgaged equipment on Craigslist.

I love these guys. They are like the rappers taking your money and flashing gold chains and Bentleys they bought with it. What's amazing to me is they get the same guys OVER and OVER again. They never learn.

Right on Steve..

Hey Charles you have the ACR Roundtable about 1.5 hrs from you in PA http://www.acrproductsinc.com/ it's around $50 and you get a ton of info there and you can network and make connections... If you see a value in something then go for it. I always liked these bulletin boards but I also made plenty of contacts and friendships at these roundtables.

I no longer take contractors out with my company to learn the ropes because I did that years ago and Today there's a good chance I won't be there.. But we still work with other companies in completing jobs. I did a few with guys right here on this bb like Jim Vanhandle, Aspen contractors and some others.

You have any questions hit me up on email or these bb's and I'll try to help you out with some things I learned over the years. Also let me know what type of work your most interested in because if I get calls for your area I can send them to you.. That's what me and some other guys do with each other.. We network.

Good luck.

I will not validate ignorant replies with a response... This is serious business and again is not for the newbies or people that are not serious about about their sales skills and business..
What you will learn in this group will stay with you no matter if you decide stay in power washing or move on to bigger and better things.

Take from it what you will and if you would like to see the structure of the program and join in on the call the 19th let me know.

You don't need to actually make any money nor hone any skills these days Nick. All you need is self esteem and anyone can be an expert in their own mind.

DJ , if chucks any good you will get through these guys.

Next time throw this is the right area. No one could have ribbed you.

I know an see you have learned a ton from chuck, he's making you an apprentice. Like someone took him under his wing when he was a lad. That cool, I wish you nothing but success, I did chuckle about daryl sitting in. Who is it you think Daryl calls for commercial sales advice? Daryl is not a salesmen, FYI he buys accounts. That's a different game, one I know you have played.

Good luck

I have spend more time than I could count on the phone with other contractors helping.Taking phone calls at just about every hours day or night, during jobs etc.

The one regret I have is at some point I should have charged for my time. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth after I helped other succeed in becoming better contractors only to be left swinging in the breeze when my company took a serious financial hit a few years ago.The only contractor who has been there with any kind of moral support is Scott Stone and to him I am forever grateful for his friendship.
When I brought the drought concerns to the industry I was treated like a crack pot,but when it started effecting other contractor they started writing article on industry website taking credit for bring the situation to light.
When I tried to get my beginners training course off the ground I sought an endorsement from the one person I thought could help me.Instead he told me it would never work and guys wouldn't pay $450 for a 2 day class. He now helps push every damn body Else's class without hesitation.
I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo fed up with all the freakin wanna be super business man.I clean my accounts,I talk with a few contractors that are long time friends not out to use me for my knowledge of commercial restaurant cleaning, roof cleaning or house washing. The rest of you can take a flying leap of a bridge onto some rocks.
Some of the guys in this industry need to take a class on ethics and morals,as well as,general humanity.

Don't sweat it Scott. I've got people calling me from other countries thanking me for helping them get started while genuine pieces of human garbage make money off what I taught them, then talk about me like a dog for sharing it so openly.

I don't sweat it. Those kind of people already live the lives they dealt themselves. They may look happy on the outside, but inside they are wondering why they can't satisfy a spouse enough to keep them at home and other such retribution that you or I could never have the imagination to reward them with.

I sleep like a baby. My worries are few. You should do the same.

I agree with you about Scott Stone. He is a great mentor.

I am not taking part in this class or event, but it kind of bothers me that a bunch of you "veterans" are making fools out of yourselves. DJ isn't teaching the class, DJ is merely hosting someone who is a sales/motivational speaker. If you don't like it, don't attend or don't comment, cause alot of you that I would call my friends are making jackasses out of yourselves by saying things you don't know or understand....

Example, Ron hosts events with speakers. One of Ron's speakers is AC. Everyone of you that have spoken negatively against DJ in this thread have all said negative things about AC.....but yet your not bashing Ron? Why? Because Ron isn't AC and he just hosts the events. Same here.....DJ is merely hosting someone who charges for his seminars, but the cost will strictly be divided among the 7 people. DJ isn't teaching or instructing anything. DJ himself has taken his class and, like him or not, he is a highly motivated person who says he learned a lot from Chuck.

All I'm saying is, I don't like my friends making fools and jackasses of themselves because they don't know the facts nor care to research the facts and open their mouth to criticize something that isn't true. To those who actually do research and find the truth, you guys look like idiots and take your credibility level down a few notches to others on this board.

DJ, I can see value in seminars like this for Companies wanting new or fresh ideas to ramp up sales numbers. While the price doesn't sit well with some folks the return on investment could dwarf that by many times over.

Good luck with this venture & hope to see some feedback from guys that have taken your course.

That's a bit funny coming from you buddy. I'll expect to hear you personal opinion of this just as soon as you sign up an take it.

I like chuck, I like DJ , so here's my real experience life's lesson. Some of this coaching an training is great for certain people. I recommend those who are lacking the confidence to sell maybe take the coaching. Maybe you need it.

Chuck attended ky , I thought he was a nice fellow trying to sell marketing. He a regular guy nothing vary special other than he has ambition to drive his company. He never mentioned making millions, he didn't even offer a client that had made millions. Is any of that very important for the guys giving the basics away? No it's not, does he have to have either one to be a good coach ? No

I think chuck has a good program , why I listened to it an it's funny. I posted Brite pink cards ten years ago I still use. Chuck told everyone to use them. Chuck tells everyone to separate themselves from competition in some fashion. Guess what so do I.

Chuck has embraced the one phrase I have told contractors for years. Never think what you have is not important enough to interrupt anyone to talk with them at any time.

These sales tips are fundamentals for the most part.

Think tank is what some of all do already. Just the reality is your not involved. I have dozens of guys I call an get advice while also telling them what works an what hasn't. It priceless to get this real world knowledge from us. Us is not me but all the people in the group. Some do not realize they are even in a group until a person is referred to another because the person they are talking with say I've never tried that. Please call TOny because he has actually done that.

Jeramy please stop suggesting anyone here has privileges over another. DJ or chucks welcome to advertise there program here. I highly recommend chuck. I think if your lacking the confidence to sell chuck can help you.

There are a few here I have shown a different type of sales. One that doesn't require the normal aggressive practices. I sell it at my events, I donate 100% of the money to charity. I love helping , it's just a different sales program than the standard conventional methods most use. It's also custom to our industry.

So Jeramy I hope that I stop reading your condescending suggestions about favorite? People being in pockets.

Anyone can be here, they might need to grow a set! If they weather you an everyone else they might be a good mentor?

Really surprises that people are upset about this. I was thinking that most of the people that are upset are conservatives, like myself. To me I think its great to see anyone pushing and trying to make a go at any type of business. Its not like DJ posted this and said "Hey all of you veteran contractors suck at sales" Or even that Chuck is a better salesmen than you are, so why take offense. I know alot of guys that fight MMA and could just beat the holy crap out of there coach/trainer, does that mean they should hate on the guy for it, NO they are there to keep you motivated and to push you forwards and reach higher goals.

One of the reasons this board is the BEST BBS in our industry, BAR NONE, is that people are free to speak their minds, as long as they don't personally attack someone. We all don't have to agree. We can choose to speak our mind ask questions, call some one out if we don't agree on something posted, etc. The comment if you don't like it don't attend or don't comment could very well be said about you seeing your friends making fools and jack asses of themselves.

If we all agreed on everything we'd only need me.
