Powdered Bleach Review Roof Cleaning Products

I doubt that will be delux's stand, these guy have been developing products longer than most here have been in business. They will fix the formula or discontinue the line.

Chuck when you messed up a customers job and then resolve the problem you hope that you might build a trust in a customer for life. See we as business folks will make mistakes.

As you know Chuck its not about the mistakes, its how we handle them.

I think AC will have a good long future with Delux. I think most of the products are good and have been reliable.

I think will see AC around for a awhile. Some really like him and some hate him, he understands your a target when you on the top.

I'm sure Delux wishes they had never heard of AC, just as most of the RCIA members feel now.
Guys like AC will be selling another snake oil, or a modified version of this one soon enough-I'm sure!

He is also issuing me a FULL REFUND as well as anyone else that has purchased the product.

I would like to thank all of you for your support today and last night. Scott Davis from Confident Roof Cleaning stopped by the job site to offer assistance as did Chris Harwell from Roof Restore. I also talked to many people last night and today by phone including Larry Millette, Ron Musgraves, Chris Tucker, Danny Bates, and some others. In fact, it was Danny Bates who called me last night and told me, ‘don’t worry, Michael Hinderliter WILL take care of this problem,” and that helped to set my mind at ease a little bit last night.

To me this issue is over and I am completely satisfied with the end result. Time to get back to making some cash.

When you outright LIE to people about what is in the Bleach Powder like he did to Marcus Raif, and when you hide the fact it causes a nasty film to be left behind, so you can sell more of it to unsuspecting people who trusted you, you become a "Target".
 
Ron,..so you feel this whole deal with the bleach wash coming out to be known as CH is all just a big mistake? There is no formula to work on,..it's bagged CH,..and it is what it is...Delux will figure that part out,...I don't have any doubt Delux is a reputable distributorship,..and they probably won't even bother with this stuff.

AC knew it wouldn't be an effective roof cleaner,..or Chris Tucker would have been the first one AC would have given it to. Chris could have sold TONS of a legitimate product. But it wasn't legitimate Ron,..so why would you even entertain the thought that this deceitful jackass deserves a break,..because he's a target?

You are one of the Kool-Aid drinkers who looked past the lies he spewed,..a big part of his whole sales pitch was the fact that this powder was used to clean 50,000 roofs,..it was a conscious ,..predetermined LIE Ron,..that doesn't bother you when making excuses for this guy? Saying he's on top is a SERIOUS matter of your personal taste and judgement of character.

How could you say AC's on top. He was on the RCIA daily talking this crap up and now that it hit the fan he has not come on at all to apologize.

I think he will survive, everyone has set backs in business. Like I said will see how he handles this, maybe he will apoligize? Maybe he won't

Its his business, they have refunded people and have no issue doing that. If they had not done that I could see getting upset, as a business person I'm not perfect.

He a Human and will recover, yes he was on top and will see how far he falls. I'll bet it wont be Far

Jeff, I have supported Chris is worse situations. Like I know you for the last three years, until I hear AC side I will not stand here or there and rip him to Shreds.

It was a mistake, they are fixing it. They are taking care of everyone!!! Thats huge in my book.

Its remarkable that others can flat steal from people and thats ok. These guys made a mistake, they are fixing it.

I'll wait so I dont have to say I'm sorry for passing judgement.

He told sevceral RCIA members it wasn't CH,..it was Ron,,specific enough.

He said he did 50,000 roofs with the prouct,.he didn't Ron,..and even stated it himself,..

If that sits well with you Ron,..that says alot about your character.

Mistakes are mistakes,..this what he did was a calculated,.predetermined screwing of anyone who would listen to him.

Ron,..please comment on the lies I know are a fact that he told,..there is proof,..is that not enough for you. Are you still gonna sit there and say this is just business.

Saying you're waiting to hear his side is a cop out on your part,..it is what it is Ron.

I have no steak in this game as I did not purchase the product and likely will not. For those that construe this as driving a brand new model vehicle that the "bumps" will be worked out in the long run are likely in for a surprise. I was at the CETA show and listened to the presentation, as were a number of other members here, and heard that this "system" was used by AC's company(s) to clean in excess of 50,000 roofs in Florida. It was promoted as a safe system that will reduce the inherent dangers of bleach style roof washing, being safer for the applicator etc. If this was the system that AC used so successfully, why the problems with it now. I got lost in the fact that it was debuted in Charleston, but none was available till a few weeks ago. That would throw off the "we have been using this all along" speel that was used.
I think that Ac is a dynamic speaker and promoter. The problem for him is that the proof was in the pudding. All the hype was created, all the drama and furvor drummed up and then the big let down of the products performance from a respected guy.
Frankly put, I don't see how others could have enough credibility in the system that they would part with their money for it.
I am a bit skeptical by nature. I saw the hype of the Ammonyx last year, tried a sample of it and it did ok. I feel that it is simply more convenient than buying lots of AB Dawn, so I guess that I will order more of it. Alot of things in this industry are about hype to create a buying frenzy. At the end of the day, I think that contractors go with their trusted resources and what they know and look for efficiencies orior to dropping the coin to do something better.
I think that this whole episode will leave such a bad taste in contractors mouths that no one will purchase AC's product but will continue to deal with Delux because of how they handled this whole situation.
If people are left with the impression that AC is hiding from this, it will only increase the level of frustration and it will be worse for him than taking blame for the innapropriate assertions of what the product can do or has done.
 
What if the formula was bad? What if the batch was bad? What if the manufacture made a mistake?

What if process is wrong?

Theres a bunch of what if's

Yes If AC lied and this stuff was not good and he never used it then yes it was wrong.

When he responds to that we will then know

I was never told what it was, Please quote this or link this lie. Make me a Believer Jeff, I have not seen where he said it was what. I'm not saying he didnt, I never said you where are wrong or right either. See I'm waiting to hear the otherside of the story.

I'm not and AC lover or hater. I just think he made a mistake and others are excited to torch him.

I make mistakes in my business all the time, I'm going to see how this turns out.

Is that his complete statement? HUMMMM, I guess will see what AC says.

Is there any possibility that the formula was changed since that conversation? I'm curiuos to hear what and how AC address this since I know they are freinds.

I'm sure Marcus is telling the truth but I'll wait to see if anything changed between that conversations and the time Manufacturing occured.

Its was like what 5 months

Maybe AC lied, maybe at the time it was the truth.

I do know this, it was a blunder so far.

I think we all know this stuff isnt working, as far as AC being a Liar or thief I'm going to see.

I have jumped over the fence before and I just choose to stay on the top of the fence. I'll see how this pans out, if you have more evidence of anyone ripping someone off please post it.

Lets Make this perfectly clear, I have no Gun or body. I'm nor the judge or jury, I'm just a guy like you.

I guess this is how I really stand, so many lies get told about people online that I just dont take sides.

We have child molesters here , drug addicts, all sorts or criminals online.

AC messed up, lets see what he does.

If he does nothing then I suppose your correct. Then what?

You need to re-read what I wrote,..I said he admitted in the "9 Days" thread on RCIA that " bleach wash wasn't actually used to clean 50,000 roofs".

No,..I never said he staed what the product is. He wasn't about to do that.

But he finally did admit to it in the beginning of this thread.
