Larry, if you had one of these I'm going to demand a DNA test. We are brothers.
My senior year I got in trouble and my parents took my Grand Prix away for a while. I went out and financed this beast. $170 a month for a year.
The seats laid all the way down on this thing. This car was instrumental in my getting married at 19.

Yeah,Iloved that Monte Carlo SS,It was my favorite car I ever had.Its in a Chevy museum in Raleigh. It was very clean. When I sold it,it only had 24,000 original miles on it.Great lineup. You and Russ both had a Monte Carlo SS?

In my mid 20s, I got into the import scene. I had a 1995 mitsubishi eclipse. I started out with the big exhaust can, wheels, and lowering springs. After Sept. 11th I was overwhelmed with patriatism so I decided to pull out the paint gun.

My girlfriend at the time ended up wrecking the car. The insurance company totaled it, but I wanted it back. I bought the car back, had the frame fixed, and all new sheetmetal installed on the drivers side. I finished the body work, and sealed the car white. I took the extra insurance money and went into the motor. Pistons, rods, cams, new clutch, lightened flywheel and a big turbo setup. The car would move.
