P90X

P90X anybody want to do it with me?

I did the initial stuff today to see if I am going to keel over dead immediately when I really start tomorrow.

I made it, but just barely. I'm really out of shape!

Starting at 206 23% fat. I'll post before and after pictures in three months when I'm done. If I don't make it down to my goal I'll post them naked like Celeste and Thad keep asking for.

Come on Ron! All you need is some dumbells and a pullup bar! Chris Chappell where are you at? Scott Stone, haven't you gained a little weight since the PHX RT? Come on Thad!

Let's do it!

Ive done it twice but havent made it through 100%. Each time ive started for the first week or 2 I cant finish the workouts all the way through. Freakin tough

Okay - if Davis can't make it, the rest of us are screwed :( We have it here but I have only glanced at the wrapper!

P90X is awesome!! Plyo is tough on your knees. It was great completing the 90 days. Gonna give you a heads up by day 45 or 50 you are going to be hating pullups. "Keep pushing play"

P90 is not quite as intense for those that may feel overwhelmed from P90X.

I did it for 42 days and then got extremely busy and missed a week. Haven't started back on it in like 3 years. I lost 38 pounds doing p90x but gained it all back with all the fast food stops on long days at work. I want to try to get back to it. Maybe I'll hire somebody to work form me so I can get back in shape!! LOL

Ok, if you can wait till next week. I bump to five days next week. I'll start on the 15th

I can start over on the 15th if you really want to do it. As you guys can tell with the weight loss, once I make up my mind to do something I'm not a quitter. But if I get sidetracked waiting till the 15th it might mess up my momentum. I don't expect to be able to make it through the entire workouts. But I do expect to be 185 lbs when I'm done. And I will.

I've got to get some of those exercise bands so I can do it in hotels too.

Ab ripper is rediculous. I've never made it through the whole workout. Lol.

I made it through 7 weeks, then I got really sick and after that I fell off a roof. 8 months later I haven't been able to start it again, but I plan too. Plyo is a killer on the knees, keep pushing play...

I want to do it...My wife wants me to do it...I just like junk food so much. Time to break the cycle though I don't want to end up like my dad in the hospital with heart issues.

I find the treadmill a great workout, I do 3.7 mph for 35 min increasing the incline every 5 min all the way up to 10% grade. When I get off that thing I am soaking wet with sweat...Great work out for old geezers like me. Then I just do a bunch of dumbell sets and I am done in 45 min, I have been doing this for a little over a month now everyday and I feel great and lost about 15lbs already. As long as you get your heart rate up for at least 30min a day your good, I know I am not 25 no more and my body cant take heavy weights after back & double shoulder surgery. I actually gave Kory a real nice Smith Machine with a ton of weights after I blew out my shoulders.....But the last time I seen Kory lift weights is when we loaded them on his trailer....lol

Well, the yoga kicked my a**. No laughing please.

I couldn't make it through it. First I hadn't been able to see my feet for 5 years much less reach them with my fingers. Second, the only way I'm going to keep my "back leg straight" is with a splint.

I made it through 30 minutes and fell asleep and woke up with my leg wrapped around my neck and needed help to get up. I'll try it again later.
