Part # 3246 at Pressure Tek
Depending on your gpm's, you can use the 30, 40 or 50 orifice for downstreaming.
I use a 1540, 2540 and 0040 for downstreaming and it works good with my 3000psi 5.6gpm and 3000psi 8gpm machines.
The 1540 for close washing and the 0040 for spraying the eaves and roof edges on 2nd and 3rd story houses/buildings when house washing and building washing.
I did not like the black soap nozzles as I have 6 different orifice and spray patterns of them, just depends on who makes them so I stick to the regular orifice nozzles for downstreaming.
You can get the nozzles from most of the vendors out there.
Will a 1/4 barb tip work in a pinch? Doubt I'll get anything shipped here by Friday morning (cheap anyways).

I use barb tips all the time, love them, they tend to bend or break easy if your not careful but a $1.50 and you have a new tip, My smallest barb tip shoots at least about 30 feet. I have a ladder saver as well, kinda like the barbs better cause there very cheap to makeWill a 1/4 barb tip work in a pinch? Doubt I'll get anything shipped here by Friday morning (cheap anyways).
I use the 1/4" hose barbs for down streaming a lot...I can spray 35-40 ft in the air with them
