Newbie questions (silly ones)

Just to let you know and to add my 2 cents.... No questions are stupid or silly questions... That is how we all learn! :)

Gene : PM me and tell me got you got and prices, budget is tight right now, but I don't want to start crying in front of people :)

Russ: Thanks for the tip man, I'll change the oil and start from there.
I'd rather get another pump suitable for this engine than rebuild this one.
In the equipment that I use to have when I was an employee we used non-detergent oil - What would you recommend? Is there any benefit like in cars to run thicker or thinner oils ?

Thanks again

Give me a call.....979-412-1294 Im leaving for Littlerock in the morning but will have my cell on after I land around 11am or call tonight

Unless Larry is talking hehe

Hello? Hellllo? Did somebody say something??? Hello?
Hummmm! I swear I thought I heard something. (and yes I took my meds today...)
LOL:D

If you need someone to rebuild that pump, maybe Action Cleaning can help you. (713)869-1417 They are off of I10 and Shepherd. They are not the cheapest, but they have always been honest with me.

I'll give them a call and see what they'd charge, a new pump is around $250 so is not big deal, I can buy a new one and get this one rebuild later and use it as a back up, or probably later get an engine and start to build something myself, only way to learn I guess.

Thanks a lot for the heads up

Carlos
