Look at your mix and mke sure you can use a bucket to get to the roof. I have been looking at my jobs and the number of store that I can use a bucket isl imited.

The box truck works well and since it is seperate from the cab you don't get that funky diesel/kerosese, restaurant grease/ sodium hydroxide smell up front.

+1 on that.
When I worked for the company that leased dishwashers and grease filters I drove a van and all those boxes of filters got FONkey in the heat.

Especially the Chinee ones.

You could use it as a marketing tool. If the other guys can't reach it then they can't clean it. I could see using it on maybe 4 accounts that I have seen in 5 years, there may be a few more that don't come to mind. I am beginning to forget a bit with my age . Maybe do a market analysis for bucket cleanings.
