New equipment coming - couple of questions

Ok, machine is here, I got the battery and tank (both at Walmart).

Now, there's this piece that came in a bag and I don't know if it's supposed to be installed or if is a replacement for something. SEE Picture

Also there's no fuel line from the filter to the tank .... is that available at Autozone or similar? I got a 6 gallon tank and it seems like is going to be a little uncomfortable to move around ... has anyone mounted it to a similar cart ?

You can install that part if you want a fixed throttle. It really is not necessary because you have an adjustable throttle on the engine now.

Thanks for the quick answer Paul. I'm about to leave now, so that means, no need to install and the PW is ready to run with out that piece ?
