no, I can't make them any bigger, but I just thought it was Flocked up...
Send them to me and I'll post them...or just use tinypic
Maybe he should ask at a dedicated greaser board?
You aren't suggesting one of those organizations that goes through all the hassle of ensuring that their members are actually cleaning to code, are you? Why would Phil want to associate himself with an organization that demands quality from their members?
He's not a part of the TGP?.... weird....how come?
Chris did you read my post - Yes that is a very good name-A name is a flag-it stands for issues and ethics. All of us want our jobs to be to "bare metal", it not just a Grease Police thing - it's all of us. In fact the NFPA comettee has 3 IKECA members that wrote the code along with Phil - does the Grease Police set on NFPA96 meetings & write the code?
Dave, I have the upmost respect for you and I value your opinion. But I think you are wrong on this. The name is catchy and that's it. We have a member of the GP that IS a cop and he has absolutely no problem with it. I understand where you are coming from and what you are saying though.
The only people that we plan on policing is our members. We all believe in holding our members accountable. For the betterment of the industry.
Unlike IKECA that just had a vote to NOT HOLD THEIR MEMBERS ACCOUNTABLE. We just had a pretty good meeting with another organization (I'm not sure if I should mention their name because I didn't get permission) but they are putting some plans into place that would hold their members accountable. And, to go through their training pictures will have to be submitted. It's a start.
As far as the NFPA being populated by IKECA members...well, I'll hold my tongue a little bit on that one, but maybe this is why the new codes are being watered down. They use to say BARE METAL. I like that.
As to IKECA not holding it’s members accountable – I have no idea where that came from.
As to the name Grease Police – like I said it is my opinion along with others – just the way I think.
I dont understand that one. As far as I know there is no KEC certification body that holds their members accountable. They all say you should follow NFPA guidelines but if you dont as long as you continue to send us money your certification is good.As to IKECA not holding it’s members accountable – I have no idea where that came from.
