This is extremely complicated. All stay being friends. The end of all of this fiasco is just about over. Don't let this thread ruin any friendships. Your all above that.

I have my ducks lined up and I am just waiting to see how they are going to handle this. IF I do nothing at the very least from the inside where I lost my voice they will now fix there ways so in an odd way I did help them. Example of this would be for them to ASAP get there Oversight committee together yesterday..etc.etc.etc. You can't have one man especially the man who's not supposed to be doing this calling all the shots.

So the bet here anyday now I am going to take my story and throw it out cause it will always be in my head cause I lived it and then I will never look back.

The Problem this past week was Serious. Serious enough for a Guy Like Henry Bockman and Myself to try and block a thread that was on the UAMCC and we could not do it. Serious enough for me to place a call to Carlos and Since he is the end all of end alls there(And we know that should not be the case with an ED) He should have put aside whatever he was doing and dived right into this to stop the Bleeding.

Look When Scott Millen becomes the President of a non profit I would think he would at the very least delegate someone and do it fast to stop the bleeding that has started if its that bad.

Thats is.

I am going to close this whole post out and make my last statement on all of this Tomorrow. I will add that Jeff and I spoke for a couple of hours today and to be frank we probably could have talked all day about what happened, What we want to see the org. do, what dreams we had for the org and where our business are heading etc etc etc.

Jeff feels it was wrong to put that post up about Rob and if he knew the fallout from it was going to be this great he never would have done it. I told Jeff there is alot more to the story over the months and unfortunetly that one post brought all that was wrong to a head..... and that post was not no where near the core of the problems. No where near.

Jeff is a good guy and he means well. I think Jeff and I could have worked well together. Since Jeff was never told he did anything wrong then he has to stand his ground and believe he never did committ any Violations. Thats fair because if your not in trouble...then your not in trouble. This last sentence then brings the blame to Carlos who is acting like the president and is also the ED.

Carlos still and I expect will not be strong enough to call me and explain his side of the story.

So with that being said Jeff is off the hook because he was never told that he was violating anything...He gets the free ride. His problems with Rob are now between those two. Rob is hurt and crushed and I hope him and Jeff can reach some kind of middle ground but as for me....I'm done.

Expect my last post about this tomorrow and for all those that have emailed me so far which in the past hour is around 10 who want the whole meat and potatoes of this....Thankyou but Dont bother. I will make my last statement on all of this tomorrow.

Why does Carlos owe you anything? Your no longer with the UAMCC so just move on with your life.

This is the ED of the UAMCC were talking about here.

I think it's more than the right thing to do from a leader of the org.
 
John, I don't think Carlos is going to communicate with you, because he may have been advised not to, by legal council. After all, you threatened the Uamcc with legal action.You being in law enforcement, and knowing the law should be able to understand this clearly, or not. Remember you said you were going to Destroy the Uamcc??? I wouldn't call you either.

John, I applaud your passion, and standing up for Rob, your friend, I would do the same thing, just a WHOLE lot differently!!!!

Jeff posted an opinion about Rob, wrong or right, it's his opinion, his God given right, Uamcc, TT, Bod, M-o-u-s-e, it don't matter it's his opinion!!!

You gave them a day, then another day, then another day, look at me, look at me, Please John, you're making yourself look really stupid!!!!

But That's Just My Opinion!!!!
 
This was total crap from the get go. I dont know what the issues were. At first it appeared there was a great injustice done. Now it appears that John just wanted to come over here and cry about it. :crying: Now all the sudden, all is well. I for one was interested in what it was that was going on, now, it does not really matter. Looks like someone did not get their way and they wanted to air it out :no: maybe not. Nothing wrong with giving someone a second chance or being man enough to stand up and say lets talk, but to post I will give you till Wednesday, nope, Thursday, ok Thursday at noon, still nothing? Thursday at 12:01, 12:02, 12:03.

Complete waste of time.

I decide on benefit packages for me and employees
I make all marketing decisions
I RUN MY BUSINESS!!
I decided to join the UAMCC to help improve the industry and my business skills.

If it was a union or even a franchise, I would not have control over any of those things
 
Give it time Jim. Questionable ethics, cloudy legal standings, securing jobs for members only(having to pay for leads), representing industry members that do not want representation, coming into states for BMP instead of letting local companies handle it, spending membership money on drinks, You got a Union whether you want it or not. I say screw the industry and you can take business classes on line. On another note, I do make pretty welds don't I? :)
 
William, I have not seen your welding skills, post some pics so we can check them out.
 
after reading what I wrote it comes off in a harsher tone then I intended, I didnt mean to sound like I was jumping all over you. And yes, your welds are purdy :thumbup::thumbup:

FWIW, I will give them time to work out the kinks and help them grow. What happened this last week was nothing more then a cat fight and some people are trying to turn it into the end of the world for the UAMCC. Cat fights will always happen but I try to stay focused on building my business. One of these days you will wake up and see my trucks rolling down your street :lol: I'll let you in on a little secret, us northern guys a putting together a plan to move to the southern states so we can work over the winter months :eek:uttahere:

When they try to tell me how to run my business or who to do business with or try to take a piece of my contracts, then I will get out.

As it is, they are working to give me access to contracts that I would have otherwise never even known about, I'm willing to pay for that.

I don't think its the end of the world Jim. The Uamcc like anyone is going to have issues and problems. I think its how they handle them, people will always have differing opinions.

Williams is on the oposite end of the scope for sure, I'm actually a supporter and hope they keep moving forward.

I would just like to see them be fair and just in the policys. They stopped using the word transparent.

I dont think anyone is stealing like some here have made assumptions.

I just wish they could take care of there business and stop upsetting folks. They need to understand they now have customers.

Each member is just a customers!!! Thats It
