My UAMCC BOD elect Resignation

Scott, If I understand you correctly, John can start a thread and lock it but can he unlock it as he adds more info and then re-lock it so nobody else can post there and keep on locking and unlocking it as needed just so it is just him there?

Can anyone besides the person starting the thread unlock the thread to post there or is it just someone like the administrator or who?

Just trying to understand the locking and unlocking, thanks.

I think that if the thread can be locked and unlocked as needed, that would be a good idea for what John wants to do with this topic and what he wants to do.

No one can respond.....Wow....You wanna post something and hide. (Sorry this is the United States of America....What you want is Communism (The freedom of no free speach)) You did that on another thread here on pwi..... About wanting to educate landscapers on how to pressure wash. REMEMBER ...there was actually 2 treads on it.....both disappeared. I guess the kitchen just got way to hot!
I am not a member of uamcc and unless things changes will never be. However if I post something its on....I don't run. Maybe if you want some credibility you should want people to respond to the post.

Just be aware that Jeff L. is now spreading lies about me...for one thing he is telling everybody I am at my other job when I am right here at home.

This really is breaking my heart to do this. It really really is I can not express to anyone how heart broken I am about this.... I'm going to ask Right here that Carlos does what I have asked and fixes this....

That is the way it works. AN admin or moderator can lock and unlock a thread. The Moderator's can also post in a locked thread, which is not something that I like.

I am really trying to keep it professional. I understand your position, but in this situation I think it is justified. Quite honestly, I think anyone that has been paying attention has formed their opinion of the UAMCC. If they are corrupt, they will self destruct.

On top of all that, Ron is totally against me allowing John to post something, because he feels that it will be spun onto him, in one way or another. What they don't understand is that there are not two camps, but multiple people that are looking and deciding whether or not they are going to join, and as much as they want to try and disparage the reputation of people, the truth will bear out eventually. And for what it is worth, there are a couple of really good people on the board, and there were a couple of really good people on the transition team. I hate to have their reputation to be smeared by their associations, but that is their choice. We don't need to help them down the path.
 
John seems to have some very serious allegations to make. I am sure that he must have tangible proof as to any accusations that he will make, not a situational story that could be manipulated.

It is my hope that PWI will afford Jeff the same curtosy in regards to a thread that he may lock down in order to defend/refute himself.

If these truly are serious allegations, I think that this would be appropriate.

I also caution that this has always been a respected and professional BB, you may want to see that proof before allowing serious allegations such as these on an open forum.

I think I may be a little misunderstood on how I am going to precede with this. I think anyone who wants to post should post whats on there mind. What I need to do is put this all down uniterupted as the days go by thats why I need an uninturupted area so the whole story comes together. Post all about it anywhere but in that thread. You can copy and paste what I have to say and then comment...I just need to tell this story unbroken so anyone and everyone can respond...but not there so the story isn't all broken up.

Does that make it clearer?? I am not asking for any special treatment. I just want a clear channel to tell the story.

And Unfortunetly the story is going to be most likely starting to be posted here Wed or Thurs....its up to Carlos what is going to happen next..
 
My last post on the UAMCC bb

Due to the great injustice that has happened withthin the UAMCC I hearby am Terminating my membership as of this time 1328hrs eastern Time on 11/16/09.

To the ones who cared I am truly sorry. To the very small few who put me in this extremely terrible position well we'll see.

Carlos release all my controls here now.....

You and everyone else knows it is Rons fault and he is behind everything :rotflmao1: You remember the rumors he spread in SC? Or what happened in TX? Or what about that time when he was 14... One way or another it will come back on him. uamcc-ar! (uamcc-against Ron ) HAHAHA could not resist :slap:

Just pust his locked thread in the uamcc section. and post all repies with a RE: John on them.
 
John, write it up in a PDF file and do a single post. Then it is a single document that will have no editing to it.
 
John is doing the right thing, when I had a problem with the UAMCC I aired it publically, I stand behind what I did but if I had it to do again I would rethink the way I went about it.

Cooler heads always win, good for you John on the way you are handling your own situation, I have always respected you since day one. This is THE professional approach.

Sorry Brian and tell your Dad I mean that. Its a sad last few days. Knowing that some of us have given that org. so much and then it turn on you...Thats a bad and sad thing. Keep your eyes posted for Wed or thursday.

Wed night I will be at a wine tasting dinner with 4 other couples so I don't know if I will have the story ready yet but I will work on it from now until then.

Ive decided on how I am going to do this and what it will be about. The best method would be to break it all down in post to post to post to post ect so it doesn't become a long and drawen out read.

But what I've decided to do is just make it one very long post and any and all comments can come afterwords. Stay Tuned.
