Just so you all know...

It's not cheap to live here. My mortgage payment on my double wide is $199 and my lot rent is another $150 per month. If it gets any more expensive I'm going to have to get a part time at the Piggly Wiggly.

Wow, you got a double wide? Someone's living high cotton! Does your lot rent include the use of the community above ground pool too? ahh, sigh, one can only dream I guess....

Merry Christmas,

So everyone knows I found out about this issue from Chris yesterday on Saturday, Christmas Eve. Understandably the manufacturer would be unavailable. I will be in contact with my manufacturer next week when they re-open. I do not want to bother him on Christmas. When I can reach them we will discuss how to make this right with my customer.

I have e-mailed the manufacturer to make sure no other product goes out incorrectly labeled and I am sure they will catch that when they come back into the office after the holiday break.

Thanks,

AC

Guys,

This post was not supposed to create a firestorm against AC. Actually, this was only to alert anyone that had purchased Green Wash in the last month or so to take a look at their product and make certain that they got what they paid for. I bought two buckets of Green Wash and one bucket of Bleach Wash and they are all the same color.

I did a huge job on a cathedral with it and I was not at all impressed with the product, but decided to not say anything on here until I figured out if I had done something wrong. It appears that I received Bleach Wash that had been mislabeled as Green Wash, but since I had never seen any of it, the only thing I could do was go off of what was printed on the label.

Unfortunately, I ended up spraying the building EIGHT times to clean it and because it took so long I ran out of crane time. The crane ended up costing over $10,000 and it was supposed to cost less than $4,000. I ran out of time because my mix was not working and I had to keep re-applying. This took almost 3.5 times longer than planned because it appears that I was mixing in BLEACH WASH and that product is made to neutralize bleach.

This is not AC's fault, but it is the fault of the company that packages the product. This is a perfect example of how one tiny problem can snowball into something huge in no time.

Not only did I use 1.5 containers of BLEACH WASH in my mix, but I was not able to fulfill my contract with the church because of it. They agreed to pay for the crane separately from me, but when it exceeded 10 grand they decided to shut me down. I still have some rust and copper stains on the bell tower that I contracted to remove, but unfortunately for me, they were not willing to continue to pay for me taking so long. In fact, the facility manager said that it was taking way longer than I told him it would.

Fortunately, they are very happy with the results, just not the cost.

They church is having me go back and clean the rest of the property, but now I have to provide the crane out of my pocket to clean the rust stains from the bell tower. I only hope that the company that packaged the product will own up to their mistake and pay for the crane.

I only posted this to alert people that there may be a problem with theirs as well and not to give AC any bad publicity.

I have already contacted AC this morning and he wanted an email that he could forward to the manufacturer, which I did. I can say that AC has been honest in his dealings with me and I have no complaints as long as this is handled quickly.

One person's screw up in labeling caused me a lot of grief and made me look very bad in front of a very important customer. I hope they get their act together soon. As for the Green Wash... I don't know what to say about it because I have evidently NEVER used it yet.

Sorry for the trouble AC and anyone else that got called names as a result of this post. Let's just wait and see what happens. It would be great if I could give the church a check for $6,500 and get the crane back to finish the job without me having to take that hit.

Merrry Christmas

Who was the Dist that you brought your from?

Who was the Dist that you brought your from?

He said it was Paul and it is obvious that Paul wasn't at fault because had it drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. It could easily be something a simple a the new kid accidentally switching the labels.

Sounds like the manufacturer needs to pony up some crane money and send out the correct chemicals, a lot to make up for the wrong that they caused besides causing some bad feeling toward the distributors.

That's why we make our own coil cleaner! One day you get a good batch the next it's junk. If you make your own you don't have that problem.

Shhhhh stop telling these guys we make our own.

I am so glad I mix my own chems. Oh and water does wonders for a "green" cleaning, plants love that stuff! Remember K.I.S.S keep it simple stupid! Water is good for plants electrolytes bad for plants! Y'all have fun damn this winter is gonna be good!

So no green wash for you?
