It's budget time boys and girls!

Well, the last one didn't come through. Was just informed this morning that they chose a competitor.

Here was my response:

We will still stop in monthly and drop off info sheets if you don't mind. We try to keep property managers informed on methods of saving money and the monthly brochures are how we do it.


Is there anything we need to know regarding your decision that would help us next year? I'd appreciate any input and we are always willing to work on any necessary changes to earn business.

I don't like having to send that letter, but as it stands we still squeezed $42k in annual business from customers who had been giving us the brush off for over a year just by offering them lunch, even if they didn't take it.

After we hit the other section of our target market with it next month or so, I think I'm going to finally listen to Ron and do the charity giveaways next.

We are amazed at how Ron is right in everything he's ever told us about sales. Sometimes it's hard to buck your own beliefs and do something that you don't think will work just because Ron says it will work.

When we do that I'll post the results also.
