Very nice site, all looks well.
I cant comment on your Page Rank as its a new site and it normally takes time to obtain a decent PR.

In theory you are correct!
However this page as with most forums has a Page Rank of 0 so the chances of your link in your posts being counted as "votes" are pretty slim. Thats not to say you won't get visitors to your site from your posts.
When starting a website, my first method of getting links is to search for directories and places to submit my site to (the one's that dont require a reciprocal link).
Next stage if possible is to have reciprocal link campaign, Now i realise this is not always possible depending on the nature of your business. Look for sites that are of intrest to your visitors that will agree to a reciprocal link.

Hi Henry,
Sorry for the delay in responding I've been up to my eyes in work recently.
Good website plenty of pages and information, this always helps getting traffic from the search engines. The only suggestion I would make would be to scale down the amount of keywords you are using in the Meta tags. I would try to pick around 10 keywords for each page. Some search engines can see excessive keywords as spam, particularly when the word is repeated i.e.
deck, decks, deck cleaning, deck restoration, deck sealing.
Try not to repeat the keywords more than three times!
