I need MORE HEAT

I'm getting a max of 160 degrees with a #6 tip on a 5.6 gpm machine. The other machines all get 185 or more.

Desooted,
Descaled,
Insulation is good.
Burning very clean, no smoke, etc.
Fires up right away and gets hot quick.

I haven't found the 200 psi gauge yet. I know we have one around here somewhere.

Any other things I could check?

What brand of machine? 12 volt or 120? What size fuel nozzle?

Landa 120v wayne burner. Dont know the nozzle size.

Got the gauge installed and its reading 140 psi.

Temp with a 5.5 tip @ 2700 psi is 167 max.

you need a larger fuel nozzle.

I'll pull it today and see what's in it now.

On a horizontal burner do I have to take the whole burner off to get to the nozzle or can I get to it somehow from the transformer area? There's not much room to pull it out. (I sound like a wimp, but I have to use this unit today and tomorrow and don't want to mess anything up.)
