gutter cleaning Tampa Florida

I've got purple power in my truck, I've tried it with the wiping method and didn't get any results... BUT, I will certainly try what you say. You spray them all and then go back and rinse or do a section at a time?

I'm doin sumthin wrong I guess, I'm using Purple Power @ 50 %. Spray on and almost immediately spray off, that's it... so far bright white every time.

My gutters on a 1500 to 2000 sq. ft. house are done in 10 min tops.

A little oxidized paint comes off in the rinse but never to bare metal.

By 50% do you mean 1:1?

Do you like to play with fire? "A little comes off" each time you wash them. How do you deal with overspray/run-off down the vinyl? or was this on brick?

I used F-13 and really wasn't happy with the results. I just bought some gutter Zap today from Northern Tool for $9.00/gal. It was on clearance. I'm going to try it to see if I like it better. My local pressure washer supply says they have a "Miracle Cleaner" that will get the black streaks off instantly. They were out of it until tomorrow. I'll keep you guys posted. Gutters as simple as they are, really piss me off to clean. I get tired of rubbing the paint off.

Gutters suck!!!!

John when I say a little I mean a little, barely a white tint to the run off that could be confused by a home owner as soap.

pm me for my method for application.

Ah come on... thought we had no secrets here. I wanna know too...:(

It may confuse the homeowner, but not you. I couldn't live with that. Viper venom or gutter zap for me sprayed straight with a pump up.

Let's make this clear. The above statement sounds like your sayin I don't care about my customers or their property, since I'm sure that's not what you mean I'll move on with this.

You are never gonna get a shine form an oxidized painted surface without removing the oxidized paint...it's that simple.

If this isn't a method you prefer fine go ahead and scrub by whatever method you choose and fool yourself into thinking your not removing any oxidized paint.

when you can proove to me you don't remove ANY OXIDIZED PAINT while whitening gutters my guilt for my past sins will overwhelm me and I'll build a gutter cleaning altar so that we can all worship you.

Both these products you mention contain sodium hydroxide. (lye)
Most of the people I talk with, don't want caustic substances used on their property. Thanks anyway, I'll keep looking.

No need to get upset. I was commenting on you statement about confusing customers, not removing oxidized paint. Better to be upfront with a customer and tell them you may remove paint than to hide it from them if that is what the product you are using does. I am not sure how to "prove" to you I don't remove oxidized paint, maybe you have different gutters. I clean a lot of apartments in your town so maybe I can meet up sometime and give you some viper venom to try out. Great stuff. Maybe we are both reading to much into this.

No, but I will keep you posted Jim. I didn't get a chance to go by yesterday to get some. I'll call you when I do. Probably monday. I will write down your number and put it in my phone. They make it somewhere in florida so if it works it wont be hard for you to get.
