haha oh come on you can tell me..I can keep a secret :joyful:

I used waterproof grease before and it didn't work at all! Nothing but pure silicone grease, works perfect. Superlube brand (not the dialectric)

I know you said it was previously working, but I had a problem with a mozmatic swivel that sounds similar. Our problem was GPM. The nozzles were not large enough for the GPM of our machine (which we wanted less water for less reclaim). We got larger nozzles and it's worked for 4 years. Apparently, the back pressure was seizing the swivel.

I greased it and it was spinning for about 4 turns then stopped again. Im gonna send it off and get it replaced since its under warranty.

I cant remove the side bolt to drop the swivel down, I was using a drill and it started smoking cause the bolt wont budge!! Im bout to take a hammer to it :grin-devilish: and just buy a whisper wash

Ive used waterproof grease, silicone grease and neither worked, Im gonna send it off and use the warranty.

Only reason I have the hammerhead is cause it was free with my pressure washer....now I see why. I dont have the time or the patience to work on equipment everytime before I do a job. If it messes up again after I get it back Im gonna burn it or take a chainsaw to it and buy a different one and if this is a common problem with all surface cleaners...ill stick to the wand.
