Foamer -vs- Downstream -vs- Pump sprayer for KEC

What's your mix for your SH? Make sure it's the ultra version and original or unscented. Ummmmm I personally feel it allows me to rinse off the hoods like keeping the grease suspended so it won't re stick as it blasted off its surface to another. It will allow it to stay wet longer. .. ill look into that echo...

Thanks for the info guys. I realized now looking back that I asked why hydroxide vs hypochlorite thinking we were talking about flatwork. Forgot I asked this in regard to KEC.

Question with the hydroxide on the stainless.. If I let it dwell too long, is there risk of oxidizing the SS? Or burning it? (Turning it white, spotty)

Thanks again for all the info

Nope, you can let it dwell as long as you wish on SS...
