Foamer failure

What is wrong with the electric compressor? It's hard to tell if there is some of that famous SoCal hot air included in that post.

A one man band has many talents, I would count out the one man foot pumping system yet.

Spend the extra $50 and get the compressor. It looks as if Matt is thinking FRANCHISE. Foam King-Thunder Foamer-Mr. Foamer-Pump It-Foamer Guys-Love It & Foam It-Bubbles.

Happy birthday Matt. BTW, I got my foamer to work using the rubber ball from a bicycle horn. It allows the operator to squeeze and spray at the same time. Try it.

That is excellent! I remember faxing you the plans a couple days ago, I am glad it worked out for you.

Here are the final plans on the tire inflator foamer. As you can see from the diagram, there are a lot of fittings but they are designed to maximize the air flow so that the foamer can work with very low cfm. I hope everyone tries this out and has as much success as we have had.

Happy Foaming!!!!

I guess the truth be told - the foamer is just one more piece of crap not to have to use. It's another in the long line of stuff we thought might make the job easier.

foamer

Try using a Deckster power sprayer. You can find the info on the internet.

The "deckster" - done that - been there. We have an electric sprayer called the "deckhand". It preceeded the deckster. The NAOH at the levels we use it routinely ate the seals in the pump which was very aggravating. So it's parked with all the coke cans and faulty sprayers. The idea of the foamer was to give the chemical a long long dwell time to eat at the grease. But it needs a compresser to power it, which is two more things to haul around. Don't think it's worth it. So we return to the Chapin pump sprayer designed to hold up to caustics, also down stream injection and the magnetic scraper.

So I havn't perfected the foam myself (is that possible?)but none the less not making alot of progress. Would one of you gents care to throw a 'fello greaser' a bone?  Hey Matt do i still get a sample for a shirt?:D Thanks guys

Does that include the XB300 with the Foam Adjuster?

Have any companies tried the Weed Flamer technology for oriental restaurants. It just takes a small propane tank and a flamer from Northern T and that grease will melt like butter. This is technology that should be handled only by certified contractors. The flame is hot.

Propane Torch Kit — 750,000 BTU
Power Jet burner melts ice, oriental grease, incinerates weeds greasy ducts and tree stumps, and performs other heating tasks. With steel pilot tip, flame control trigger valve, 0-100 PSI pressure regulator PLUS 10-ft. UL listed gas hose, excess flow POL valve, aluminum extender tube and instructions. Requires a 100-lb. propane cylinder. U.S.A.

We do not clean chinese restaurnts in mississippi... It is not because we can't , but for a more serious reason.. In Mississippi most of (not all) but most chinese restaurants here will only pay $ 250.00, They only want it cleaned every 6 months . And when you are not watching some chinese guys will grab your pressure washer wand and start cleaning there walls and floors and building etc.... About two months ago a chinese restaurant was shut down by the health dept ...they called me and I went buy... ( The hood had never been cleaned proffesionally ,, but they were cleaning it....) I quoted them $ 1000.00 initial cleaning I was told by the manager that he would clean it and he would buy one of my hood cleaning stickers for $ 25.00.. Thats why we dont clean chinese , eat chinese, or think chinese ....

But on a better note I am going to tell you about some stuff that works just as good as caustic, Auto- Clhor dishwasing concentrate mixed with hot water... I will probably still use caustic but whatever is in this stuff it works...

As you can tell it's 9:14 pm here in jackson , ms and I am taking the night off.. Just wanted to add my 2 cents.. P.s. Here we go with the gas prices again.. 2.79 here in jackson,, and almost $ 3.00 for des....

I'll get that shirt out to yea........(Autochlor)  (

I did try squirrels once. Tie a gas soaked flaming rag the the tail and throw the squirrel into the duct. Stand back. The most important part is to have a truck lettered to look like your competitor.

Are we to Assume that Josh is INTO Foam technology, too? If so, I believe that Matt and Josh should conduct a National Foam-Up to see who's foam is the best! We all can hardly wait for news on the National FU competition- I think David would be an unbiased judge. Someone else might want to throw Rusty and Phil into the mix for some bias. The future is here, this could be the start of a new association, too. The NFUA -the national foam-ups of America. Hold the first convention in beautiful downtown Burbank so Matt can conduct classes in for certification of Foaming for only $18,999 hotel included. Rusty can be the motivational speaker, what's a convention without one?

Gentlemen, I am Alarmed...

I am the president of the National Lit Squirrel Cleaners Association(NLSCA) and I demand that you cease and desist this method of exhaust cleaning until you are properly certified and have payed your yearly dues.

In today's litigious society, I think it is important that we all learn to "go along to get along" rather than resorting to cease and desist orders.

Perhaps a "licensing agreement" where we all reciprocally respect one another's methods for cleaning squirrels of all types, lit or unlit?

Can we be honest? Good, then I'll be Frank as long as you are Earnest: I prefer to clean my own squirrel (unlit), but will henceforth agree to abide by all decrees of the NLSCA as long as there is a monetary incentive.

Now, let's all foam our squirrels, shall we?
