Your Kohler 25HP torque specs attached, it has a max torque of 41 ft.lbs, so you should be good with this clutch

That is the exact clutch that we are using and according to the manufacturer it is only rated for 18 hp.
John is having a special "Allison Iron Horse" clutch built that will handle up to 30 hp and will only be available through Envirospec, but it will be 4-6 weeks before it is available.

I'm with you. However 11 gpm won't go thru 3/8's hose and I don't want anything to do with 1/2. Thanks for the info on the clutch. I'll see what Paul has. I'd rather support him than some company I don't know. Not sure if I am sold on the clutch yet but would like to try a few.
