Evirospec- Paul Tell us about all your Give-AWAYS!!!

We are thinking about another big one In Jekyll in the spring. I may do one in Milwaukee this fall/winter as well. Just a short 1 day one though otherwise we will all freeze. ha ha

Yes, I want to try one. Paul said I might have to go to a different unloader and I don't like change. I am going to try in on one or two machines for awhile before I put it on all of them.

Hahaha! caught ya...:slap:

I would love a big event in Jekyll next spring. I would be there for sure. Good to finally meet you Paul and thanks for the great prizes in the Envirospec bucket that I won!

3 keys for a chance to win the skid, prizes from envirospec....Your not allowed to go to anymore RT'S David. :poke: Hahaha!

I like that machine with the clutch, that was cool!

I do not know if that system would have a problem with downstreaming....reducing the pressure to pull chems, I am sure that they could get it to work.

Downstreaming would work fine, no impact on the clutch or idle down of the engine. It only stops and idles down when the trigger is completely off.

William, the clutch is only rated for an 18hp engine so it won't work with your engines, at least it is not rated for your engines. We are still looking ad having some made or trying to find something for larger engines on this one.

Got your unit ready when you are Tony...I know you want on of them. (and Chris and William and...)

This one Paul? I wonder what do they use on the 35 HP lawn mowers with electric clutch start. May be only about 18 hp goes to the blades and the remainder to the hydraulics. But is still worth calling a mower manufacturer and see what their clutches are rated for.

Thanks for the info Paul.

I bet Envirospec is so very happy to have you on their side and for someone like you Paul to tell us and everyone about this system, how it works, all about your give-aways and how John is the one to give credit to for the prizes and gifts, etc... That is really the sign of a great and humble person that gives credit where credit is due and not wanting to take the credit for themself. You are a good person Paul, thanks.

Right now I cannot afford a system like that one but maybe next year after I get some more work done.

That is great info Nigel, thanks.

It does make you wonder if the clutch can handle only so much horsepower and if so, it shows you how much is taken for the hydraulics to move the mower. I do not have a mower like that but it is very interesting to read about.

Another thing is the Air Conditioner clutch for cars, trucks, and semi's. Those engines have a lot of horsepower and I do not know how much is really needed for the air conditioner clutch but I am sure that when the clutch is engaged while the engine is running there is a whole lot more than 18 horsepower there but I am guessing that it really depends on what the air conditioner compressor needs.

We got them now William all the way to a #70 nozzle. I'll call you tomorrow.

The AC clutch only takes like 3hp I believe and the blades on a mower only about 3-5 also, not much of a load on them.

Thanks for clearing that up Paul.

Fantastic on the nozzles, no more special ordering :clapping:

Paul I am talking about the big zero turn mowers, 35 HP and up, I think more than 3-5 HP goes to the blades.

I will look it up.

Paul, What would it cost to have you stand by my truck and idle my machine down when I let go off the trigger?:grin-square: What kinda guy has less than 25 horse power on his machine anyway? Send me 2 dozen 0050 nozzles if you can get John to stock them. Thanks

Ask Paul for a great price on an upgrade to the dual pumper with 2 pumps 5.6 at 3800psi,,.... then you could have clutches on both pumps, you would be running 11.2 gpm, shooting further , rinsing faster and much bigger than 25 horses.

Or better yet run the DP1626 .........8 gpm @ 4000 or 16 gpm at 2600 psi.

Just an idea.
