Ethics question

As I stated in earlier thread you do not own Facebook ,Phil can Blast away. Reality is he doesn't belong to your private buyers group. This Means you do not want him pushing his products. Really thats whats its really about, RC VS. Pepsi ....LOL

Phil is also a older Vetran like Gary who you often refer to as GAR. Not in a pet tone, but as a derogatory one.

Chris you badger and attack Older Vets in our industry over and over. Its really what you like to do , I won't attempt to analyze your life like you do mine.

You will attack the New Ones around you when your finished with them, its almost a guarantee.

You asked me to stop using Facebook Module, I stopped as a professional Courtesy. If I want to talk with someone on Facebook you do not own this, or should we start calling you Chris Walberg?

You have great business battles Duncan Donuts VS Starbucks, Coke VS Pepsi etc.. If we were in the soda business Phil would be RC Cola. Phil hates pepsi and does nothing but slander, bad mouth and accuse.

So eventually after hours and days of my life have been wasted deleting Phils posts, I told him the next time he posts I would be altering his avatar to be a competitors advertisement. He literally with in 30 minutes posted again a spam link.

So I went ahead and changed his avatar, and what you ya know it worked. Its been 60 days and he hasn't spammed once. So now if he does decide to break his word and our forum rules and post again he will be advertising his most hated competitors product.

Pretty brilliant if you ask me, I only wish I had thought of it years ago.. I would have days of my life back that I have wasted moderating this lunatic to no end.

Ron I never claimed to own Facebook I think we both know that. But I do own my websites and I have a right to my property.

Actually Phil does belong to the PWRA he is one of the original members. But I do have the right to stop him from pushing his products on my website. We carried Phils products for many years, and actually have sold more of his products than all the other vendors including himself combined. He will tell you that himself.

I will admit to addressing Gary as Gar many years ago, but I challenge you to find one refernce of me addressing him that in the past 3 years. Gary and I have actually become pretty friendly in the past couple of years.



Currently I Write him a check every year for the following 3 things:


  1. Sponsorship on his network and website
  2. His yearly picnic and sponsorship there
  3. I also pay a sizable check out each year for his annual Finland trip to go and speak on glass quality issues.


Gary also is a very active participant on my window cleaning forum

Call ten people? Name one I have called. In fact your the one who has called dozens of people about me. You even went as far as calling my window cleaning and pressure washing clients that had left reviews on my website.

The issue with Phil is pretty simple, we dropped his product because of poor quality. We no longer felt comfortable selling it.Because of the high return rate and quality complaints.

I like Phil as a person though, I thing he means well deep down. A few months ago I even created him a nice custom post card to mail to his clients. Then I paid for 10k of them to be printed and mailed, out of my own pocket.

But I dont want him posting on my forum, and changing his avatar was the only thing that worked. The avatar stays!

I dont care what people post on FB Ron, I dont think your understanding the functionality of the module. Its not on FB, its on my site. When someone signs in with it there posts appear directly in line with the other posts.

Chris the module is installed here in a few Places, we do not own or control it. Thats why we do not have it on the main forum. I'm surprised you do not know this

Ron your not understanding. The module can be found no where in the world other than WCR and PWR. I had the code written, its different than what you think it is. No one else in the world has it, I am the sole author and sole owner of it.

Not one other website has this.

Your implying that I am harassing the man, Im not doing anything to him. He will tell you himself how I have helped him over the years. This whole post was an attempt by Tony to stir up trouble with me now your piling on.

No no no, Im not saying that at all. Facebook puts there code base out there in a API for me or anyone to build whatever they want with it. Anybody with developer skills can go there download it and build whatever kind of application they want with it. Its a very normal practice.

I dont have a posy Ron, I saw Tonys post and clearly knew he was talking about me.. So I responded with the truth on the matter before he spun it completely out of control.

Your accessing that box by being on my site, you couldn't access it anywhere else, then when you post there it also shows up on my site.

Ok this is where I thought your Confused, see the Grey area. Thats Facebook, see it says Plugin there at the Lower Left.

It even says "Join the Conversation NOW with Facebook " It doesn't say PWRA

Anyway no more time to argue this one, no time to look at the licensed. I really do not care you think you own this or invented it.

Maybe you should get in on Facebook Law suits, I didn't see your character in the movie.
