Also I wonder if the curtain guy paid HIS suppliers for the materials? Or did they too agree to do work amounting to 80% of their business, hire dozens of new employees and ACCEPT payment terms that involve waiting over a year as well? Wonder if the curtain guy went bankrupt if you would blame him for ruining the lives of the raw material company employees.
I for one dont agree with waiting 30 days to get paid for my work let alone one year so I choose not to do commercial work. But we all make decisions, and like Bryan said if that one contract could sink your company maybe you think twice about taking it on.
