How about I just change your password so you cant login. Then in a week or two when you change your mind you can email me and I will let you change your password so you can have access.

This Banning topic is probably something that should be looked at a little more seriously. I do agree about not deleting people because then you lose all there post and it throws the threads out of wack. This is a more serious subject that the moderators should probably discuss how to handle these matters.

haha actually he requested to be banned, I chose 6 months for him, he just wanted to be gone. I know after things settle down he will come back home.:moil:

Delete, ban whichever, it doesn't matter to me which you guys want to do.

I stopped coming in August because I was turned off by what I was seeing, first day I signed back in I saw that post and saw nothing had changed, maybe got a little worse.

I think Ron's little poll summed it up, 34 people thought no problem with that post and 2 against (I didn't even vote). Yet the post is gone (as it should be).

I have no problem not coming here, I don't want to be listed as a member any longer. I do not want a customer of mine to think I am part of some of the behavior I see here. It's funny that I'm being attacked for not wanting to be a member.

As a side note, if you have so many people requesting to be deleted, which is pretty rare on these boards, maybe some thought needs to be given to the tone of the board.

Please delete my account, ban me whatever, I have to go make some money now.

Sorry you feel that way John but I will warn you, if you go anywhere in the BBS world your customers may see you and think your crazy? I just saw a board this morning and a guy was wanting to know if he cut the water down going to his hose reel would his chem mix be stronger?

I didnt even reply.

It is just so easy, don't type in the web address, delete the favorite from your list of favorites, clear out your internet browser history, put a
child-ban on the website address so it will not let anyone that uses that computer to to the site, etc......so many ways to not come here but he keeps on coming back for more. hahahahaha Kind of like a crackhead bragging how he can stop anytime and puts on a little song and dance how he can stop at anytime......but keeps coming back when the friends are not looking. hahahahahahaha this is just too funny! hahahahahahaha
 
He can only visit here as a guest now.
 
Grant, he has made it very clear that even though he says he does not want to come here, he still does, maybe time for some "tough love" intervention, maybe ban his ip address so he can't come here at all. Not trying to be mean here, just trying to help him so if he was really banned, ip and logging in then he really would not be able to come here unless he went to his library or friend's house.

Maybe he needs some more help like this? I would hate to have him call up people telling us later on to ban his ip or city's access because he just can't stay away and needs his daily fix. hahahahahahaha
 
I agree, however, when his customers visit PWI and see him with the word BANNED underneath his name it might have poor ramifications on his business. So in the interest of him keeping busy working, and not having more free time to come here and beg to be deleted, I thought that this would be the best solution.
