My company has washed millions and continues to do so.

No running around the country, no washing even required out of my area.

No down Playing what DJ does, he has what he wants figured out. He learned a Few things here and there from some people who are and are not in our business.

Thru Trial and error he will eventually get there.

I have truly Mastered the art of selling, its not a numbers game or even a smooth talking. YOu might even be surprised if I said you don't need a Suit or a Tie.

A fancy car is not required or taking a client to a expensive restaurant is not needed either.

The guys selling all the hype want you to think its more than what it is. Truly is a program of many things you have to put together.

Paying attention to details and knowing the customers Needs.

Dj might be selling on price, I have no idea what he is doing. I have watched a Few Videos and knowing your competition is a must, he has some points that are good and others I would not do. I suppose for him it would be the same for him to say I wouldn't try Ron's methods. The only difference is that I have likely done it.


DJ has great Fundamental teaching. He has listened to a bunch of folks, had success with some he has used. I see me for sure when I was young in DJ, dj thinks we all dislike him when in fact we only have tried to help him.

I have the video Of me Telling him in 2008 about Sales and personalities. ( Alabama ROund ) Now four years Later he is going to Alabama to teach others about this.

I suppose the denial people here have helped him with his success is likely what has some upset of maybe seem condescending. Truthfully I know I have helped him, I do not need his Thank you.

I built this place to help Folks, I guess maybe the reason some are upset is that DJ wants to take the info from others here he has learned and charge people for it.

Really its a tough road for him, he wants to make a name for himself. I get that, I wouldn't want to be in someone else's shadows either.

Here's why this holds true, confidence is great. People normally appreciate it when a person is good at what they do, real successful people know there is always someone who helped them do it. Actually Many who have helped them, customers read you. Salesmen think they are good, until they run into X salesmen as the buyer.

Consumers , Customers and trained buyers are all in different categories. Then you have to classify personality profiles. Here's a subject I have never Seen DJ Scrappy Talk about. I think the reason is that all sales books don't inform you of these things. Plus industry has changed SINCE ZIG was around. Although he was the guy all this started with, even Tony Robins Has ZIG influence.

What we see today is a Cross between motivators and Sales guys. Someone who has never Been actually in the field more than a few Years has some good success and goes hell I can teach anyone this!!! Hence Chuck Bower DJ ROle model who I might ad I like. Chuck Helps guys and there is nothing wrong with this help. I support him and the good I have seen he does for clients.

Truly the fundamentals of sales a monkey can learn, shoot before you know it BANG your a sales Machine.

Working a program that is ongoing staying in touch and being able to know exactly where your customers are going is the KEY. Choosing your clients and not allowing you to be chosen.

Here is a perfect Example when you have made it, when your not taking everything you can because you need to. ( my own quote)

I joke about my own quotes because I am the guy who invented regular pressure washing Contracts in this industry 28 years ago. Prior to DJ birth, I'm responsible for many 500 companies making it a Line ITEM in there budgets. I also petitioned VISA on Merchant Side for a Line Item for PW.

I used to run Door to door like DJ selling one property here another place there. Sometimes for fun I Still do, sometimes to train guys I suggest they start on smaller things to get a feel for what people might hit them with.

I got a Phone call today from a Guy in KY I helped with a TINY small thing, he says he landed four jobs from Changing something Tiny. This makes me feel good, I like helping guys and knowing I can pay back to someone the good fortune I have had over the Last 28 YEARS

Listening to your clients, even the ones who are not yours. I call everyone thats worth calling and Ask WHY i did not get there business?

I close 33% of those on that Phone call. The others Just take more Time, you do understand I do not want everyones Business. I thought I did when I was Younger and dumb.

Lol. Those days are over. I have a driver now who makes sure I don't do anything stupid like that again. Screw the sign. Man was I pissed it put the first dent in that truck.
 
Top Three Fears a Prospect has when the phone rings:
1) Your going to waste their time

Easiest way to figure out a person's personality .... "Tell me about you"

The 3.1 ONLY reasons a prospect doesn't buy
1) They don't like you
2) You did something to trigger a negative passed experience with a sales person or a sales environment
3) You didn't explain it well enough
.1) Your price was too high (this is the cop out for the sales wienies)

John everyone here has helped me. I have had others who have contributed more than others.

It's funny John you ask this, I have talked about many of the folks who have helped me. Look even back ok pwn. My stories remain the same. My entire life changed in 1996 after my father passed. He was my most important mentor. My mother was second, third was a professor named Ford.

Ford ideas exist in my business model I run today. Two things that none of my competitors do. These small but important things have made my company strong.
