Man I am beat!

23 apointments last week between Cinci and Louisville, last thursday and friday I met with 7 managers each day and resigned a 12g holiday lighting deal, Closed a 15g+ deal on the way to Indy via phone then had a meeting with 4 property managers in Indy monday. Had the Midwest Multi Family Housing Expo in Indy tuesday and yesterday in Indy where we set up a booth at the trade show, then to Louisville all day today walking a new site we picked up and meeting with 3 other prospects. My mind is MUSH! It's crazy how mentally fatiguing selling can be on a guy. Tomorrow I have to finish up paper work and sign a 23k deal then I'm locking my self in my office to catch up on scheduling, solution preps, and emails! I LOVE being out of the field and having a loaded pipeline!

How crazy have you guys been with selling this month?
 
Picked up the vacuum out of the truck and the top came off spewing dust from a month ago in my face. Went to take a drink after that from my coffee mug and it spilled all over my face and shirt ( forgot I loosened it to fill it it up ). Went to start prepping the deck for sealing and noticed black marks all over the deck ( newly built and washed by me ). Black marks severe and all over 600 sqftage of deck. Called home owner and txted photos. Only thing was new slider put in?????? They sawed metal on the deck and the shards were rusting! To fix was 2k added to job !

Just fix mistakes.... They said yes but it was brutal and not 100% fixable .

I went to new hampshire and bought some whoppers
 
Called to cancel an account that had become a pain. Caught me nail on the seam of the phone and got a hangnail. Hurts a lot. Could have avoided all that if I had just listened to DJ and got a manicure.

DJ your going places kid and to get there its hustle hustle and hustle some more. Can't wait to see where your at when you hit the old age of 30. You remind me of my cousin Kent who has a Landscaping and Powerwashing business and hits the 3-4million gross every year because when he was younger he hustled his tail off. Oh yea he's around 5 yrs younger then me...
 
I haven't done much this month. Closed another city, cleaned a couple of garages and washed the sidewalks of a downtown area. Not much, much maybe 100,000 Sq. Ft.

That another story, keeping the business. Ty you at least know it. I have a couple video of actual pm who give tips how to keep it.

Everyone thinks its easy to keep. For some I would imagine it is.

Ron I imagine in order for you to have what you have today, you had to hustle it up big time early on in your career no sitting on the couch back then Im guessing.
