My district just got a new DM the GM told me i said well thats fantastic i re assured her i wasn't trying to sell her anything i just wanted to give here a free demo and i was positive my work would sell its self

We have numerous CVS stores here in Raleigh, NC and all of them need alot of work! I even heard a customer complain to the manager about the gum she got on her shoe last week and he replied, "I'm sorry mame, but the decisions for store cleanings are above my head. It's a corporate fiscal issue." Doesn't sound very good for the company's customer satisfaction points! Let me know what you need and I'll gladly help out.

Ron: Should i try to set-up demo in my area? I don't have any District or Regional contact names, not sure how store managers will react to wanting to pre-form demo I know the few stores I have gone into to get information and leave card they basically tell me they are already being serviced and do not even want to entertain new contractors.dh:confused:
 
tell them you are networking with contractors across the nation to clean up companies businesses . . . stun the GM and say i simply want to give you a demo . . . The lady i dealt with was very nice she was like ok i have an inspection by the DM Friday i said okay great . . . another thing we are looking for is WHAT YOU NEED as in what are you all rated on in the inspection she said well how bout i just make you a copy of the sheet they grade us on . . . i think i got in pretty good today

Serviced by whom, thats the first time i have heard that. you might be in a district thats starting a program.

Are you certain?????????????

PM the Store number, I want to call the GM and confirm.

I am getting the same story from a DM secretary who says she gave my message to him but can,t make him call me.....after the third call I make I will go to his boss.....That way the DM cannot say ...Why didn,t you call me first?
 
Demo Complete

I completed the demo for one of the local CVS Pharmacy. I feel my work speaks for its self and i see no reason why i should not get all the stores in the district.

Great Job....I have called the Distrct Manager 3 times in one week and documented each call and he will not even have the courtesy to return the call to see what I can do for him and the company. They must get a budget to work with and cleaning effects their bonus check so the heck with what customers have to walk thru to get to a health store.
 
These places get solicited every day by every hack that owns a rig. Everything is probably handled from corporate on down which is why Ron needs you guys to do the legwork so he can go into this negotiation stronger.

Absolutely...

This has never been done before. Next week I will put together a portfolio of the ones we already have. The other guys will have to get there photos.

I had a few here that got excited. I have talked to the inspection people and they are sending me the corporate criteria for GM pass fail on exterior building cleaning requirements.

I'm also working on there entire directory list with GM DM and maintenance people listed by district.

Has anyone sold one yet?
