So which is it, the PROMISE you made saying only if you were elected or the finality of the statement that you are DONE? Which promise to other or yourself are you going to break? You promised you would run for the BOD in 2012 and what gets me mad and sort of baffled is now like I said in the 11th hour you just say ....sorry I dont feel like keeping my other promise, everything is misrepresented or mistrusted

The Org is now allowing Ron and others that are contractors & vendors to join as contractor members and run for the BOD, something you & others, myself included pushed for. So the BOD is doing what you wanted or suggested. Ron has stated that a lot of the legal stuff is taken care of and he will run for the BOD, something you and others pushed for and now allowed. You have many people, members you told that you would run for OD and now the election time is coming up and you are not going to run

The other thing that gets me mad is you for 3 to 4 years have been a major voice in everything UAMCC bad and even good just some months ago. You can tear apart guys, good guys and some guys that did F up, you do this for 3- 4 years and now you get your feelings hurt, you get a little mad a month or so ago and you just quit on your promise. You tear apart EVERY single Tran Team member and some current & past BOD members. You call people morally corrupt, crooks, thieves, liars and many other things and now in the 11th hour because you feel you are misrepresented and distrusted you are just going to cry and go home with your toys. I am pissed, you were always fair to me but you crucified many I and many at least TRIED to do the right thing for the industry and the UAMCC....oh yes some chit went bad, some things were done wrong, but I was with these men for close to two years and I know they started out trying to do one thing...make an org for Contractor By Contractors. So you crucify many, but wont put yourself up and stand up like all these horrible men did. You are weak, all mouth, no action

You are a man of your word, keep your word NOW Tony. Ya I think you're extreme and overbearing, sometimes wrong and sometimes right but I want you to keep your promise. Many men ate chit from you, you knew what was right and wrong for the UAMCC Now the Org is starting a new year, with new elections, theres a good chance Ron will be on the BOD. Many have told you in the recent past I am sure, that you should run for the BOD

So instead of just bitc*ing & moaning like you have in the past few years...STAND UP do what you promised and help the industry by running for BOD and help move the Org forward.

The bod has to be in constant communication with members.

Jeff, I can read what you are saying and understand your reasoning behind believing what you believe. I guess time will tell.

I'm sorry you feel that I've torn apart "good guys". I tried to apply honesty and consistency. I tried to call bull$hit when I saw it. I praised good work when it happened, and that was often. You have no idea how frustrating it was to know facts that no one would believe simply because of their friendships with someone (or hatred of someone).

Once I realized that I couldn't even convince Mike T that Ron had a value as a decision maker in the org (more than just a "promotional" value) I realized that this is the point where good guys just disagree.

The org is run by good guys now.

I'm not running from anything. I just frankly have nothing left to offer that would help this org. My only worry was the CWA stance and Ron is perfectly capable of keeping that going in the right direction without my help.

I guess I'm not an "org" kind of guy. I don't play well with others.

I'm glad to see that the guys who are "org" guys have a good alternative in the UAMCC.
 
Tony, don't just pick your toys up and go home. If you have the time, that is what you can offer, do it! It is just like being a daddy. You don't know you can do it until you do. People have opinions of you, decide whose opinion you trust the most and rely on that. The others don't matter and never should.

Here's the difference. A lot of people don't get their way so they pick up their toys and go home.

I got my way. I can't think of any way things could have worked out better. Some scam artists were exposed, some pretenders are now hiding under rocks and those left standing are decent guys who can run the place from this point without any of my input for sure. As long as they realize they have zero friends in the PW$A they will do just fine from here. If they trust current or former BOD of that org and get bit in the butt, well, it would just be the final "I told you so" and some would get it and some wouldn't.

Jeff, I will always be here to help the contractors. I was there for NCE. I was there for the PW$A. I was there for the UAMCC. I supported with my feet by getting out there and helping. So did you.

I'll continue to do that Jeff. I don't have to have a title to make that happen. I will continue to contribute.

Your insistence is starting to look more like some type of baiting than just trying to get me to support the UAMCC. Are you just baiting me to accept a position for the "many" who "said" I would "do this" to take pot shots at my position on the BOD?

Take pot shots at me right here. I don't have to have some kind of "position" within an org for that. As a matter of fact, the UAMCC is much more insulated from anything I might say or do while I remain on the outside.

Isn't that a preferable situation Jeff? Or would you rather the "many" work at taking me down from within the org? Would that somehow make you feel better about my "tearing down" the transition team? I hope you can see past the "tearing down" and recognize the results rather than the means that got the results.

The results are good. I threw my little tantrum because I thought the org was done for. I guess I was wrong. I'll really accept that I was wrong when they have the URL with no strings attached.

I'll dig in but I think your making the right choice Tony, I have the time and resource to waste so nothing lost if we make a lat stand.

I feel the same way if it works it works. If it doesnt then oh well, no one can take there final stand like Ron can bark from the outside. Trust me I'll bark both ways, If I get in I'll demand we all get stuff done. If I get shot down by peers I will make it public, as a matter of fact I'll have no secrets to the members for any reasons.

I'll make a list of things I want done, I help on the things that needs done. I'll balance my efforts for things I support and work on the things others want as well.

This is how I will do it, they dont like it tough.

Baiting you Tony? No, jabbing at you yes in part. There's a couple reasons I want you and Ron on the BOD, you two have some ideas, your both smart and to tell you the truth I think you & Ron together can get others to run. No matter how many times I have said in the past year that the UAMCC should shut down, I dont want it to. I do not trust the PWNA (you know me big corperations and not trusting them, thats all the PWNA is to me.

The next two years is sink or swim. You and Ron are Bulldogs, whether I like or dislike that at times is beside the point. The UAMCC needs a couple bulldogs at least and with other future BOD members maybe the Org won't sink

Do I also want you on the BOD for other reasons? YES, you went off for 3-4 years now I would like to see you put your money where your mouth is if you know what I mean. It aint easy being on a BOD or Trans Team. To me just sitting on the outside is taking the easy way out and after all the crud of the past years is weak. You promised to run and if elected you would go on the BOD now I think you should do it. It wont be easy, it wasnt easy when I was on, but I fought for what I thought was right but I did it from the inside.

I dont know Tony, I just think you should do this and I think it would help

Seriously Jeff. The UAMCC is off to a great start. I abandoned them after conversations with John Orr and Mike Tessaro when I thought they were dismissing the seriousness of needing to negotiate/deal with Carlos and DEMAND the url from the Hinderliters. I was wrong for abandoning them. But I will live with the consequences of my decision.

To my surprise they took the ball and ran.

The Jury is still out on the URL, but they've (the uamcc BOD) proven themselves to "do the right thing" so I think they will eventually do the right thing in that case too. There is no reason at his point why the UAMCC shouldn't be self sustaining. There is no reason why a former PWNA BOD or a former PWNA environmental chair should have any control whatsoever over a URL. If they keep control, then something is amiss and it should be investigated. (not investigated by using org funds and looking over Mike Hinderliter's wall) :)

Otherwise all the roaches have scattered. They don't post or contribute anymore because they can't stand the idea that Ron or I have outlasted them.

You guys should mark and avoid them (some former BOD included) and realize what their motives were. Where are they now?? Where are the early UAMCC cheerleaders? Their entire involvement was based on the fact that they were excited to be a part of something Ron was excluded from. How childish is that?

Is that what you want to be a part of Jeff? Do you want to be a part of an org that lives or dies based on whether Ron has any influence?

On the other hand do you want to be a part of an org the would send their president down to investigate the guy responsible for doubling their membership just so they could cut ties with him and discredit him and claim victory for themselves? Further, would you want to be involved with an org that did that, then cowardly hid behind the scenes and pretended that the president acted alone?

Well, thankfully you don't have to. You have another choice. It's the current UAMCC. Stick with it Jeff and help it succeed.

The guys left in the UAMCC are not like that. You've got some guys who really want to do something for the industry even if it means working WITH Ron. They, like you, realize that working with strong personalities is tough, but worth it in the end.

They don't run everytime there's trouble. They don't make every move based on whether or not it will make them a buck in the end. They are respectable guys and deserve your support.

I will give them my support from the outside. On the inside I only offer the opposition an easy target to split the org. I don't want to make it that easy for them. I'd like to be there constant tormentor without the bonds of professional "org" etiquette holding me back.

Tony there arent hordes of people running to be BOD members. F being a tormentor, be a part of the solution

Tony the fact is that the UAMCC BOD is now 3 guys, I doubt the 3 are going to do another 2 years or even one year, maybe one or even two of them. It doesnt matter 2 or 3 guys and add Ron the UAMCC needs more than 3 or 4 guys. So that is part of the reason you and your big mouth should go for a posistion on BOD and part of your job should be to get others to go on the BOD and hopefully get 7 or 9 OD members and actually move this org forward. If this org does not make a good effort within these next two years to be more than it is now it will be dead

You may need to learn how to curb your big mouth and attitude some, you say that isnt you. Well for the better of the org and industry maybe just maybe you could get better and do just that and at being a BOD member

Tony the UAMCC needs bodies, not just members, heck Ron can have a bake sale and bring in 25-50 members, it NEEDS leadership, so shut up and stop finding every reason for not doing what you said you would do and what I really think you wanted to do not to long ago

Tony do you know I ENJOYED being a Trans Team member? There were a few or several that did. Do you know why? Because it felt like we could actually pull this off and make a successful org someday.

This org will never be successful with just Ron and a few other guys at the helm. It has to be a team effort. Ron thinks he can do it with just himself and a few others, he could possibly, but don't you think with a full BOD of 9 guys or gals battling to make it a success, it in fact will have a better chance of success.

Sink or swim, if it does well during your term its great for all, if it sinks people will say it wasnt that easy after all and blame those involved so what Tony. It really is like you are afraid, afraid you can't shut your mouth and work as a team, afraid to fail, afraid also to succeed

I don't know I just think with you big frickin mouth over the past 4 years, you should try to do what you have told others to do and that do the right thing.

Everything is all just babbling, but the Org needs leaders, worker bee's, not just members

Jeff, I won't even begin to burst your bubble by reminding you how clueless you were on TT. Ok, I will - Dont you remember denying the bias against Ron at Myrtle beach while out having a smoke and Michael K. getting mad and spilling the beans right there in front of you about the plan to keep Ron out from the beginning? You were shocked Jeff. Don't you remember that? You were used Bro. They used you just like they used Scott Stone. When Scott found out, he quit. When you found out you got mad for a short time, then acted as if you forgot it.

There were some good guys on the TT. You and Scott. That about sums it up. Some of the other guys have stayed the same, gotten worse or gotten better over the past two years for the experience, but it seems you have forgotten how you were used. I bet you can look at John T and describe how he is being used all the time, but you can't realize when it is happening to you. That's not a character flaw Jeff, that just shows a need to wise up and confront it and stop forgetting it so it doesn't happen again.

I will support the org. I will encourage guys to join. I'll even volunteer to help in a non-official way. But, Jeff, I am the last anchor the UAMCC needs right now. There are plenty of good guys to run for the board. They know they aren't going to get crap for honest mistakes. It's the coverups and denials and corruption that get the boot. I will support the org. I will encourage guys to join. I'll even volunteer to help in a non-official way. But, Jeff, I am the last anchor the UAMCC needs right now. There are plenty of good guys to run for the board. They know they aren't going to get crap for honest mistakes. It's the coverups and denials and corruption that get the boot. That's the way it should be.

OK so here we go again with the past for the millionth time. Man you really have to start being a forward thinker, with just an eye on the past.

Tony used, I don't think so. Things went wrong and I was lied to, big deal shit happens and I cut off relations. What you will never believe is many, ALL who were on the trans team and also all past & present BOD were on to help. Heck some were on for ego too and some didnt help that much, but all I believe meant the best at the starts of their terms, maybe not by the end

You say anchor, what has changed from back just two months ago when you said, when you promised to run for BOD, I just think you are pussing out and don't want to do the hard work and I find that weak and I also think you lied saying you would ron for BOD. Tony, I think you COULD be good on BOD, I think if you thought Ron was wrong you would tell him and thats part of the reason you should keep your word. F that anchor stuff, get in there and do the dirty work.

The fact is Tony, all Tran Team & Past and present BOD actually have done something, they jumped in and tried. You on the other hand are breaking a promise and doing nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep your promise Tony, not the one where you do nothing except bark and distract, keep the promise to run for BOD or are you just another flip flopping Mitt Romney clone LOL

Seriously Jeff. The UAMCC is off to a great start. I abandoned them after conversations with John Orr and Mike Tessaro when I thought they were dismissing the seriousness of needing to negotiate/deal with Carlos and DEMAND the url from the Hinderliters. I was wrong for abandoning them. But I will live with the consequences of my decision.

To my surprise they took the ball and ran.

The Jury is still out on the URL, but they've (the uamcc BOD) proven themselves to "do the right thing" so I think they will eventually do the right thing in that case too. There is no reason at his point why the UAMCC shouldn't be self sustaining. There is no reason why a former PWNA BOD or a former PWNA environmental chair should have any control whatsoever over a URL. If they keep control, then something is amiss and it should be investigated. (not investigated by using org funds and looking over Mike Hinderliter's wall) :)

Otherwise all the roaches have scattered. They don't post or contribute anymore because they can't stand the idea that Ron or I have outlasted them.

You guys should mark and avoid them (some former BOD included) and realize what their motives were. Where are they now?? Where are the early UAMCC cheerleaders? Their entire involvement was based on the fact that they were excited to be a part of something Ron was excluded from. How childish is that?

Is that what you want to be a part of Jeff? Do you want to be a part of an org that lives or dies based on whether Ron has any influence?

On the other hand do you want to be a part of an org the would send their president down to investigate the guy responsible for doubling their membership just so they could cut ties with him and discredit him and claim victory for themselves? Further, would you want to be involved with an org that did that, then cowardly hid behind the scenes and pretended that the president acted alone?

Well, thankfully you don't have to. You have another choice. It's the current UAMCC. Stick with it Jeff and help it succeed.

The guys left in the UAMCC are not like that. You've got some guys who really want to do something for the industry even if it means working WITH Ron. They, like you, realize that working with strong personalities is tough, but worth it in the end.

They don't run everytime there's trouble. They don't make every move based on whether or not it will make them a buck in the end. They are respectable guys and deserve your support.

I will give them my support from the outside. On the inside I only offer the opposition an easy target to split the org. I don't want to make it that easy for them. I'd like to be there constant tormentor without the bonds of professional "org" etiquette holding me back.
