When have you called and I didn't answer my phone? Rare , if it happened I was talking with someone and gave you a text ill call back.
I answer the line 24 hour a day because open. Last night a place called at 11 pm and needed us am. We serviced it am.
I have done the dj way long ago thinking my life would be easier. Life only got easier with less customers of better quality.
Truthfully don't have many complaints. Knock on wood!!!
Systems in place when they arise make all the difference.
Customers get run around they fire you!
