The couple times I was in Arizona, I did not see any dirty roofs but I did see a little bit of mold and algae.
Find the supplier of the 10% or 12.5% bleach and get prices so if you ever need it, you don't have to go crazy looking for it.
The easiest way to do this is get the simple cherry from Bob at PressureTek and put 1 of the 8 ounce scoops in the bucket of bleach and put your downstreaming hose in there.
Do the job, when done applying the soap, put the downstreaming hose into a bucket of water to help rinse everything down and flush out the downstream injector. Always flush out the injector either at the end of the job or end of the day to help it last longer.
No need for ratios, mixing the water with bleach or anything else. Just keep it simple. Chances are you will not run into much mold or algae problems where you live.
