Funny thing , I just got off the phone with God Almighty himself, He said " Yeah he is fallible , only when it comes to Basketball that is , Hey they cant be all perfect. If I was a betting man , my money would be on the SPURS for NBA WORLD CHAMPS. But you know I cant interfere with free will and all that stuff"

Oops - I didn't recognize the Shaq! Sorry (Still looks like Holyfield though). I do have an excuse - where I grew up sports were almost unheard of. Closest thing was a rivalry between Burroughs & Burbank High - don't even know if they still exist. Still, everyone should recognize the Shaq. For shame.

Yes we have been involved with this customer for some time now. This customer had so many problems with the exhaust system and the cleaning of it we had to clean it in reverse order. Hood, plenum, and now we are scraping the ducts and fan. Once we have scraped everything down and all the debris removed we will chem and pw.
I almost had to pass on this job because we couldn't find an access panel narrow enough to provide enough access to allow for cleaning. I called Matt Byran and got a lead on some narrow Access Panels". Thank you Matt!!! You are the greatest!
We ordered the panels and ordered a shear that will cut 14 ga. sheet metal. It took about two weeks to get the tools and all the panels.
It took three nigts to put all the access panels in (total of 15) and we have been scraping for three nights and are only halfway along. (two men)
We should finish next week sometime. We have been doing other jobs as they come up.
I'll post some after pictures when we get there. Here is a picture of me brother with his head in the duct with the fan on.

You will certainly get some sort of prize for the nastiest hood cleaning job of 2004. When it's all done - take a nice vacation for yourself, you've earned it. Great pictures!
