Ceramic Nozzle

There was a vendor out there that had a lot larger high pressure filter, bigger than the kind that go on the turbo nozzles, I just cannot remember which vendor sold them.

If the ceramic will really break if a rock or something else hits it without using a filter then it might not be a bad idea to get the larger filters if we could find them.

For surface cleaning and for truck washing were that very flat pattern is a must try the 1/8 meg nozzles with the veins in them they have a much flatter pattern than any nozzle i have ever used and i have used the ceramic nozzles as well.To me they seem to open up alot sooner than the ones i spoke of.Ceramic nozzles are not new to the industry they just have been reintroduced.
Can you list a supplier? We need some new 1/8" nozzles and would like to try it "with the veins"...

We tend to break the ceramics from the out side! The QC plastic comes off easy and they the slightest impact breaks the tips. It would be nice if the tip were set deep inside of the metal case...!

Do you mean 1/8" ceramic or the Spraying System stainless steel nozzle?

Some good competition performance gear talk. We should have surface cleaner races to see what is best.

I use the ceramic QC nozzles for deck and fence restoration and sealing and they last longer than the the other ones did. Carbide would be the ultimate though!
