Fuel pressure guage and clear nybraid return line.
..yet another troubleshooting session that would have gone MUCH faster with a fuel-pressure guage,
and a clear-nybraid return line..
Bypassing bubbles would have been the dead-give-away
the pump was turning, but the fuel wasn't pumping.
..just trying to help.
