Where have you been
Thank you to everyone who has posted their opinions and suggestions. Good or bad feedback, we cherish the responses directly from YOU, the users.
Yes, I was out of the office, thank you for being patient.
I'll try to comment on each item.
ALEXY, JAMES: We are working on a way to combine exit locations of burner and engine exhaust, THANK YOU!
LAFAYETTE MOBILE WASH: Prior to this year, there was an option to install a clear fuel tube gauge. With the new CARB and Emmissions Regulations, we aren't able to use that method anymore. We'll be mindful of your suggestion and search for a method that will comply with the next level of 2012 CARB and Emmission standards. On the high pressure line, I had to seek an answer for this one. Installing the high pressure exit next to the exhaust exit reduces excess condensation. I'll follow up on this one to see if there is any other alternative. Do you mind if I contact you if I have any questions?
JON CHAPMAN: send me a photo of your muffler diverter, model#, and serial number.
JON, LOU, RON: New (matierial and more uniform shape on top) fuel tanks are coming with the 2012 CARB and Emisisons standards.
LOU, RUSS: Lou, great point about brand loyalty (and trust comes with that, too) The cold water market is extremely competitive. We're going to add more cold water washers to the standard product line. From compact 2400 @ 2.5gpm, to 5000 @ 5gpm and 3000 @ 8gpm, engine driven units and a few electric units as well.
ALEXY: Do you mind if I send you some literature with changes that came from your suggesstions? I'd like to get additional feedback from you.
I sincerely want to thank all of you who responded,
Denise
