Anyone have some good grilling recipes?

+100 on the Dale's Sauce and ribs! I use Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory BBQ sauce mixed with a bit of the Dale's sauce for the bbq.

I LOVE chicken marinated in Zesty Italian dressing. That's the best! So easy too. You do have to watch it though to make sure the oil in the dressing doesn't burn before the chicken is done.

I also will cook onions on the grill. I slice a bit off the top, core out the middle and put a a bit of bouillon granules in there and top with butter and pepper. Grill til soft.

Best steaks I have made are seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, Lowry's Seasoned Salt and Lowry's Seasoned Pepper all coated on with butter. So fattening but the butter helps make cheaper pieces of meat more tender.

Great method for chops:

Take thyme, dill, garlic, onion (powder or dry minced), little pepper, and kosher salt and add olive oil (evoo). This will make sort of a rub. Let the chops sit for an hour or so to let the dry ingredients release their flavor. Add some balsamic vinegar before cooking. This is great on the grill and even better sauteed. It taste a bit Mediterranean.

I can go all day on these...Never trust a skinny cook!! lol
 
Great BBQ bean recipe:

Take regular baked beans and add cooked bacon, cubed ham, brown sugar and some regular BBQ sauce (like Kraft or Sweet baby ray's). Cook for about an hour. Best beans EVER. My best friend makes this and has NEVER made enough to have left overs!!!
 
Inside out burgers:

Take ground beef. Add A-1 sauce, garlic, salt & pepper. Make patties thinner than normal. Take some shredded cheese (we prefer sharp cheddar but have used most all varieties) and place in the middle of the patty. Take another patty and place on top of first and pinch the sides close. The cheese will be all melty in the middle when cooked and so great!

TIP: When you make the patties...take a spoon and make an indention where the cheese is going to go.
 
Grilled Tuna Steaks.
Take the tuna steaks and put into a gallon ziploc bag put in Italian dressing and enough soy sauce to turn the mix dark and let them sit for 2 hours in the fridge or if the steaks are frozen in the fridge until they thaw. Grill quickly on a HOT grill and serve immediately.
Good vegtable side with this is green pepers onions and squash with garlic and olive oil flash seared in a skillet right next to the fish as it cooks.
