Man I LOVE Hot Peppers
If you go to any Steak and Shake they have Yellow Hot Peppers in Vinegar.
You are Supposed to only use the Vinegar.
I EAT those Hot Yellow Peppers
They are from South America.
Think they are called Amazon Peppers.

Chris you know you can get grove pepper plant grow them your self same as peppers steak & shake but they red little hoter then ones you talking about.

The mexican in florida grow what is called grove peppers these hot small size but have kick like larger peppers. I am with you there love hot and spicy foods.

I like Hot - BUT it must have Flavor.
Some Hot Peppers are just brutal w/no flavor.
My cousin can eat a habanero and look you in the eye
One day we went to a BBQ Place that bragged they had 1000 sauces.
My cousing kept saying the sauces were not Hot enough.
So - they came with some red liquid and a bunch of toothpicks.
Ole' Cuz had a few beers in him.
He grabbed the plate and took his finger to get him a good dab to taste.

When I graduated high school I worked the dock for a trucking company. There were guys there that used to rub some little tiny pepper they grew at home on the toilet seat in the drivers restroom. Dude, I watched many guys go home for the day after doing their business. Not sure what kind of pepper it was but those guy used to come out of there in a full sweat and rubbing their arse!!!

Hot for hot's sake is not good. Gotta have some flavor. Jalapeno, Serrano, Poblano, Thai, Chili, they are all good. But the Habonero are too hot. When they scorch my mouth and I cant taste, thats the limit. Raw, pickled, roasted, dried, love them all.
How we like um:
Stuff raw jalapenos with cream cheese, wrap in bacon and grill.
Dove breast with jalapeno wedge inside, grilled
Raw jalapeno with peanut butter
Peppers and scrambled eggs
Stuffed Pablanos

I have got "addicted" to those Hot Yellow Peppers Lately
I dump the Vinegar out and carry them with me to restaurants.
Last night - Boiled me up some Eggs and ate them with buttered toast.
The Yellow Peppers were right there - AND a big glass of Milk
PERFECT "Bachelors Meal"
Gotta FIGURE out HOW to not feel them the next day - if ya KNOW what I mean

We met an American in Ixtapa who brought his own dried ground Habanero spice and he said that he added it to many many dishes.

It just has a great taste.

I was at the local feed store today filling up my propane tank and they had a rack of vegie plants and sticking out was a Habanaro plant!

It's mine and I just stuck it in a pot. I did a small area and I have a Mandarin Orange, Dwarf Lime and a Meyer Lemon.

Michael your correct on the doves......take a dove breast put a jalapeno pepper inside with some cream cheese, wrap with bacon put a toothpick through it and put it on the grill.......if you dont like this you have no taste buds....
