Man that is great you can get those type of prices. That is about 5 times what Russ prices are and his are more in line with what I am able to get. It got to be in the salesmanship.

I was approached by them and 2 other realty companies and it is basically the same thing. Sounds like a marketing company is doing a good job of selling them some ads to give their home buyers and sellers.
I did not go with them as it is up to the buyer/seller to use who they want even if the realtor recommends someone.
One company went ahead and put me in there after I told them not to and they told me to just pay them back after all the jobs I get. I told them that since I told them not to put me in there they would not be paid since they cannot follow instructions.
I never got a call from the home buyers/sellers, glad I told them not to put me in the folders.

It is kind of like the newbie that does not know his a** from his rig and goes and charges about $99.00 for a shopping center with about 6-10 stores, has to pop gum, pita job and says to others that it is good money for him.
The Dumba** is not thinking about others, thinking of long-term for his business, how he is lowering the average for others in his work area so when he is out of business in less than a year and crying to others that his rig is barely used and wants almost-new money for it maybe then he will pull his head out of his a** and understand what people are saying here.
Even if you think it is "ok money" or "that is enough for me" or whatever crap you want to tell others, you are trying to keep a business running, trying to keep the dollars per hour up there so the playing field is level for others in your area and not trying to look like a lowballer/lowbidder/hack.

Lou, when and if your ever on the approved vendor list for most of these corps you may have access to info.
I dont know if this is what danny is talking about. Most customers have a contractor log in so you can get names and numbers you might need. Most of the info is not to be used for marketing but lets face it hows is anyone going to know?

Thats if you get more than 2 stations if you do #1, 2, & 3 give them a total package rate of $78.50 for all threeIf you get more than 4 stations you probably could do them for $62.60
LOL thats insane I'm cleaning a gas station in ky tommorrow night for $1500 thats insane that anybody would clean a gas station for $70 it will cost almost $70 alone in diesel fuel for the hot water you need to remove the gum and oil obviously not a professional with insurance and the necessary equipment. Anyways GO AFFORDABLE PRESSURE WASHING
