Sorry about the orientation!

Well I've finally finished pimping my Big Guy and its Awesome! Gonna post up a pic after I finish repainting it. The ONLY thing original is the aluminum cover! Its got the upgrade 4 nozzle bar. 4 casters (man that really lightend it up I bet 10 pounds). A bulletproof Mosmatic DYF swivel. A skirt made from indestructabe conveyor belt material. A lawn mower handle in the middle. 3/8 hose instead of the 1/4 that came on it. And it's controlled by a qc ball valve for simplicity so I can switch over to a gun without shutting down the pump. Man we can fly with it now and its so lightweight and a pleasure to push. I'm finally looking forward to more flatwork instead of dreading it as the "hardest" type work we used to do. I bet we can go at least 40% faster now.
Pat I also changed out the gun with 1/4 outlet and added a ball valve. Works better

Sweet Pat!! I assume you bought 3 more caster brackets that are used on the front?

No actually I bought 4 new smaller casters like for the Maxima and Ground force. These brackets bend down an inch and let you use the smaller (and lighter) wheels and brackets. The whole thing is so much lighter without that heavy rear wheel axle assy it almost floats so the wheels don't need to be heavy duty at all. They really just stabilize it. It is going to be so much easier to use now. I would suggest Whisper Wash offer one the size of the Big Guy with this wheel option.

I still don't get putting all the nozzles on one bar. It would be interesting to see a comparison of 4 bars vs 4 nozzles.

I don't know either and I thought the nozzles would have been further inward. All I know it works GREAT ! I have always liked the simplicity and balance of the single bar with the machined and fixed nozzle position. I would otherwise be too tempted to tinker with the angle and invariably get it out of balance due to varying nozzle angles. I guess the nozzle placement has everything to do with timing to hit the next missed spot a dual nozzle would have. It just works great. I'm finally happy with my surface cleaner.

Physics , are four nozzles better than two.

I see the benefit if a nozzle is failing this will run over the other as to remove the pass. Volume is not going to change.

There for is cleaning volume going to change?

Not according to the mathematics , we need a Scott or Nigel on this one.

Most of my concrete cleaning is not done on well maintained commercial work but rather drives , patios and parking pads that have turned black from mold. The "old" machine would always take at least 3 passes usually one in a 90 degree opposing pattern. Now I can do my longitudinal lines then just go back over with a quick side to side "buffing" pattern and even awful crete looks great and no dark lines.
