Unfortunately no guess. But I promise after a week of fooling with it would have been back to the distributor and different one on my truck by now. Make them ship you a new one tomorrow and return the bad one. If they won't swap post their name. I can feel your frustration. I'm sure we've all been there with something like this. Let them fix it on their time.

OK My mechanic traced the problem to the ice cube relay. He took it out of the equation and rewired it.Upon further inspection I noticed one of the prongs coming out of the relay is loose. I ran the machine for an hour without problems,so dare I say it seems to be fixed. Thanks

I repositioned the reed switch several different ways. Got it to fire and run for short periods of time. A few times it would not stop burning even with the reed switch completely out of the pressure switch. I think the reed switch is faulty. If when I get the new flow switch (with new reed switch)and its still not working properly the next video I post on here will be me beating it to pieces with a baseball bat.

Not too many people will agree with me that 120 volt burners are better, but they are so much simpler.

the small battery on the cold water unit will not keep enough charge to keep it powered, I called Dustin and told him to use a larger battery. Been there and done that already, I had the same problem

I agree with you Joe. I had more problems with my 1st unit (12v) than i have had with 6 units since, all with 115vac burners. Only way to go IMHO
